When it comes to buying things for my little Chihuahua on-line, I always check the size chart and order accordingly. Most of the time, the sizes are NOT what you actually get. So, when I ordered the XXS, I was doubtful that it would actually fit. Much to my delight, this little harness was a perfect fit without any adjustments! The color was exactly as stated - another surprise.
I found it to be very well made. No strings to clip off, etc. All of the stitching is perfectly done. Not often you find good craftmanship.
I normally transport my little one to the vet in a cute little fabric bag but she hates it. Cries all the way there and back. The little vest arrived just in time for our last vet visit. I put it on her, buckled in the seatbelt and to my surprise, she just laid down on the seat and enjoyed the ride! No crying, no fussing. I think that means she liked it!
One thing that I especially like is the width of the belt. I had one for my other pup but it was very wide and she had trouble navigating. This one is the perfect width. When we get back home, I just unclip it and put it in the glove box until the next time.
Needless to say, I am very happy with my purchase and so is my little Molly girl. She is 4 months old and I am sure she will grow a bit more. When that happens, I'll be back to purchase another one. Thanks for having an accurate size chart! The price is right too!! Happy dog, happy mom!
Perfect for my big girl. The harness has a strap on top which makes it easy to grab a 50lb aussie. (I’m barely 5ft) it fits great and easy to put on her. I actually use the harness for walks/runs.
The actual seatbelt is awesome too. Makes driving in my Jeep safer for her. You are able to tighten/loosen it. I like it right so she’s no sliding around. Seriously Best Buy!
Loved it and felt my big furbaby was safe the whole drive the east coast. He is a 90lb lab. He never got tangled in the leash it was enough room for him to look out the window or lay down in different positions. The harness was super easy to put on him and it looked nice, so until bed time we just left it on. We did not use it when walking him and thankfully we didn’t get into any accidents to truly test it, but for an over 1000 mile trip my husband and I were both very pleased.
We really love the design of this harness. Sammy seems very secure in the unlikely event of a sudden stop or hopefully never, accident.
The safety strap is semi buggy only wish we could order another safety strap so he's secure on both sides.
My Westie is very picky. He will not walk, or will walk sideways in a harness. His old one literally fell apart and they dont make it anymore. After several tries, i found this one. I needed a mid-back ring for the harness, detachable back to get around the legs, and no bulk on the top so it doesnt rotate sideways. He stops walking if it pinches or touches in his 'leg pits'. Also, it needs to go down his back to easily one-hand assist him in getting out of a car.
This harness is perfect so far. He can sleep with it on, go in the water and be comfortable on long car rides!! Going to buy a backup for him (he tends to play in dirt and wreck nice things) and another for my smaller terrier. Found this harness last minute before a 1000 mile car ride. Very satisfied!! - And mostly, so is Henry! Also, that Paw Print on the neck is a nice touch!!

So I got this for my dog. I have a 45 lbs 1 year old Dalmatian. I used to drive without my dogs being strapped in but hes hyper and people where I live drive crazy so it was really important to keep him safe. I have only used this harness once, but it seems sturdy and durable. It came quickly even with standard shipping and he looks so good in the harness! The latch for the seatbelts is longer then I thought but it makes it so he stays on one seat while giving him the room to stand up and reposition himself. I drive a 2003 Hyundai Elantra and the latch works in all my seat belt buckles. It got stuck in the latch on his normal seat but it might just be my buckle being sticky (I drive little kids around so, very likely!) I pulled on the leash when it was buckled into the seat belts and it doesn't seem to give any hint of being loose or easily coming undone! Material seems breathable and it doesnt seem to bother him. I was concerned about him getting tangled when he moves but so far no issues! I love it. It was a decent price and seems to work well. Very good product! Now my pup is a little safer in his loved car rides!

My sig is small (shi tzu) so in order to prevent him jumping to the front of the vehicle or even the center console, i tied the part that hooks to the seatbelt to make it shorter. Good to go.
Kinda wished the harness possessed the same reflectable stichinh as the strap, but no worries. Still a gorgeous winner.
This harness/seat belt works great!! I have a twenty pound dog and the small harness fits perfect. I love how the strap connects to the seat belt device perfectly. I put my "baby" in the back seat, connect hime in and away we go! I feel he is so much safer now!!
It’s a really good harness for the price you’re paying. I have a 53 lb German Shorthair Pointer mix and it works well for her. I like that the seatbelt strap is adjustable so I can force her to stay seated for the ride if I wish so, but she can also lay down if she chooses.
However, I do wish the harness had a loop to click at the bottom (chest area) of the dog. I feel like the pull would be less aggressive if there ever was an accident, than to be pulled from the top hook.
I picked these for my two mutts and I have been very satisfied with them. They don't mind them, and now it's much easier and safer to tote them around in my truck, rather than my previous method of loose in the front passenger seat. Since the buckle into the seat belt latch is at their feet, I have experienced them to maybe step on the latch and the strap disengages....but I think that's primarily when they're excited to get out of the truck and prancing around. They now know when it's harness time, it's time to take a ride; and they love to ride. It's adjustable so I shorten up the lead so they can't put their paws (claws) on the door trim, which is awesome. Would recommend. Would like to have had 2 different colors, one for each since they wear different size harnesses.....but no big deal.
