I've been looking for a new diaper bag when my sister bought this one. She really liked it so I figured I would give it a shot. The first bag I received was missing a zipper (manufacturer error) and the seller was SUPER quick to respond and send me a new bag. There was no hassle whatsoever with the exchange and I got my new bag (zippers and all) within a few days of my initial email.
The bag is roomy, has lots of pockets, a shoulder strap, stroller straps and a matching diaper changing mat. I have 2 kids (one is still in diapers) and one on the way so the roominess of the bag is exactly what I was looking for and the many pockets help with keeping me organized. And not only that, its super cute and stylish. I am very please with my purchase and with their great customer support. Thanks for the great product!

This is the Mary Poppins bag to beat all Diaper Bags
I just flew with a 3 yr old and 9 month old by myself. This was my ONLY carryon. The convenient front pocket held all my important documents, the side pocket held my cellphone, chapstick, small quickgrab things. The interior held a standard baby carrier, a toddler baby carrier, a baby coat, blanket, several baby food pouches, puffs, veggie sticks, granola bars, chargers, a few makeup items, a full pack of wipes, more than enough diapers, a second outfit for the baby, adult coloring book and colored pencils, a few baby toys and book. I’m sure there were a few things I’m forgetting that we’re also in there. But wow! I was amazed I could keep shoving things in there, without feeling like I was stressing the zipper enough to break it. The straps are much more comfortable than my jujube, I like the short handles for easy grabbing. I love all the pockets inside as well. I actually am organized (which never happens). This fits more than my jujube did as well. The best part about this is with a double stroller it’s tall and narrow enough that I don’t have to pry it from my between the seats of my stroller like I used to with me jujube. Removing my jujube was like prying the arc of the covenant from a knights Templar, because that bag is a bit Squattier. As added bonus, it’s so stylish!
So far so good!! This bag is amazing! This is the 4th diaper bag I've purchased because all the others were just missing something and not quite right! This bag has more pockets than I even know what to do with! Everything is zipped and secure! Super spacious to tuck a blanket/book in there. Even when it is full, it doesn't get bulky! I've used it daily for a week now and every time I go somewhere, I get compliments! Great fabric, and the inside is a nice material that can wipe clean! I already plan on purchasing another one as a gift.
UPDATED- After leaving my previous review (below) I was contacted by Valandres with an apology and a new bag was sent with expedited shipping. The new bag seems to be in perfect conditon and I have already used it a few times without a problem. This leads me to believe the broken piece was a one off and not a consistent product issue. In the end, I appreciate the effort Ryan at Valandres made to resolve the problem and also followed up with me after delivery.
When I first received the bag, I was impressed with the space and pockets for everything. I had originally bought it to use on vacation, and it worked really well to hold everything a 2 year old needs without being stuffed full!
However, I was only able to use the bag 10 or 12 times. The plastic clip that allows the backpack straps to be adjusted broke off, leaving you unable to tighten the straps, and unable to wear it on your back. Kind of makes a backpack diaper bag pointless. I reached out to Valandres thru Amazon and orginally didn't receive a response. I reached out a second time and got a response that this has never happened before (really??) And they would have to check with management about how to handle it. (I had asked if they could send some type of replacement piece or if I could exchange the bag.) I haven't received a response so I am left to now assume that Valandres will not be making an effort to repair or replace the bag, or at the very least, respond to tell me there would be no resolution.

I don't think the pictures on the reviews do much justice this bags needs. My husband and I are very picky with quality, and this met well than more our expectations. This came with a very nice changing pad ( love the "Oops i did it again" ) statement inside of it. Inside the changing pad has compartments you can put a few diapers and wipes. That's a plus, bc we've went out of our way trying to find a changing pad that holds diapers and wipes. It comes with a long strap, so you have the option to carry it normally or by satchel or on shoulder. It also comes with a smaller bag that I assume is for pacifiers to possibly anything. And also a pacifier holder? Sippy cup holder? All possibilities. We were really amazed with finding a panflet and a baby on board sticker for a car! That shows to us that this company really cares of not only quality, but about the infant and parent. This bag looks and is big enough for toddler and infant. It's exactly what we were looking for. Highly recommend!
This bag is MUCH bigger than I expected. However I'm in love with it. The handles are the right length for easily throwing over my shoulder. The longer strap for wearing cross-body style, has a pad on it so it doesn't dig into your shoulder when loaded down. I'm impressed with the two insulated compartments, although one of mine can with a tear in inside, but I'd rather live with it than go through the time of returning it. The colors are great inside and out which makes things easy to find inside. Being a minimalist-type mom with two kids, the size of this bag means I have one, cute bag for all of us when I head out the door. I'm very happy about that. And it's stylish.
I changed this to a 5 star review only because the company has been amazing! As soon as I posted the review about the lining tearing, I received a refund AND a a brand new diaper bag. This company is truly one of a kind. I would order other products from this company.
I purchased this bag in March of 2017, and LOVED it when I first received it. It is the perfect size and there are a ton of pockets. The inside lining is made up of a very thin material that has been shredding. There was one small tear that started, and now the entire lining of one side is just torn to shreds. I was very disappointed as I have only had this bag for a couple months.
the changing pad is only thing that I really scored on this purchase. I use it all the time everywhere we go. The bag is nice but things get lost all the time and just thrown in. it's a good quality bag. I use the front pockets to keep all my personal things. looks cute but if you're looking for organization, i would say try another bag. I am looking to purchase a new one that will help me keep things arranged better. But if you have no problem with keeping things in place this bag is for you! (:
Neat bag but needs better quality control. Received the bag as a gift from my husband and there's a large brown stain and the inside where the insulated pocket opens up is completely ripped and separated.
**Edit: After speaking with the company regarding these issues they went above and beyond to fix things and make us more than happy. A company like this is not so common anymore and definitely worth shopping from.
