I hesitated to try this pencil sharpener because it had to be charged. I was worried that the battery would be low whenever I needed it. I only decided to give it a try because it said it could be used 300 times after an hour of charging.
It is the best pencil sharpener I’ve ever used. It sharpens fast. It’s quiet. It sharpens well. The last electric pencil sharpener tried, which still works, has a habit of sharpening unevenly. So far, of all the pencils I’ve sharpened only one turned out to be a dud. That happens with some pencils so I don’t blame the sharpener.
5 STARS: My husband and I were very impressed with this pencil sharpener. Though I’m not crazy about it having to be charged, it does make the sharpener mobile. You can place it anywhere and not have to worry about being close to an outlet.
This is, by far, the best sharpener I have bought. I am a crazy coloring person and this sharpener is perfect for my colored pencils. I have several different types of colored pencils so I have some varying pencil diameter, but this handles them all. Some are definitely "snug" when you put them in to sharpen, but it works just fine and has not been an issue. I would recommend this sharpener to all, and have, definitely worth the money.
It has held the charge fantastically! And since I really don't want to deal with a cord, this sharpener can't be beat!

Love this sharpener! I am a colored pencil artist and the pencils are sharpened often. They are expensive so it is great to not have them eaten when being sharpened! The best part is that it stops when the pencils are sharpened to a point.
Love the design, doesn’t take a lot of space and very easy to use. What I love the most, you can use with electric power or with batteries.
So far so good. I like that the charge lasts for days. The point is very sharp for pencils and colored pencils of different brands. I can take it with me wherever I need it.
I love that it's rechargeable and no need batteries to work and that it only sharpens pencils until the are sharp and then stops.
Sharpener is what it says it is.
