As shown in the picture these aren’t flat but they stand and nestle and have several different ways they can be used for play. My one and a half year old enjoys playing with these with an adult, they are difficult for him to manage on his own and obviously he can’t put them in order just yet. But used as a tunnel or obstacle course or just as visual interest they are great.
These are beautiful, well made, and the kids loved playing with them instantly! However, they do not stack-- they are cut at an angle. If they made them stackable, this would be 5 stars for sure. The price cannot be beat compared to the Grimm rainbows and I think there is enough open ended play involved thay I'm still very happy with the purchase.
Purchased for my childcare. Excellent purchase. The pieces are angled a little so they do only nest one way.
It’s beautiful! My son doesn’t care to play with it (he’s not yet a year old), but I love it because it’s so bright and fun. It makes me smile every time I see it on his shelf.

Great toy and lots of fun
So fun for my 4 year old! She plays with it for about 30 minutes before she gets board. Great for church.
Good product, although The wood is more contoured than I thought it would be so sadly it’s pretty hard to have them stay standing up
