1. Pretty easy install, directions could be better but easy enough
2. Light is of good quality despite being relatively inexpensive compared to others.

4. Whistles like a MF but get some weather strip or screen spline and corrects it super easy.

The brackets come with padding for paint pertection. Top of the brackets have a complete hole unlike other ones that have a open end.
This is an awesome purchase! lights look great and seem to be well made!
