Product delivered was as described on the site, arrived in great packaging and in one piece (each). I ordered two - one as a gift , but I may keep them both. The imprint on the glass is well done, visible and complete. I don't know the durability, since I haven't had them long enough to judge. While they are supposed to be dishwasher safe, I only wash all my wine glasses by hand, so I can't attest to that.
This was a the perfect gift for a friend who has everything. The glass was exactly as the picture shows if not cuter. I highly recommend this and it was money well spent. The fact it was wrapped extremely secure in Styrofoam that was made for it & in a snug box (by the seller )was a bonus..... meaning it arrived safe & sound since Amazon didn't put any bubble wrap in the box they shipped it in.
I am a retired school teacher so this wine glass is a perfect gift for my teacher friends that are still working. The lettering on the glass is very clear and easy to read.
