Well priced, with next day, undamaged delivery. It takes about 20 minutes to hook em up, just follow the directions. I charged them for about an hour before a short test, and everything worked perfectly. Great sound quality and volume control, very easy on my old ears. So far this is about the best of the 5 or 6 headsets I've owned, including a couple of Sennheisers. If you're looking for a good headset at a good price, you've found them.
I've had this headset a few weeks now and I feel compelled to add to my original review. First, let me say that the headset continues to impress me, I have not had any problems since day one. The sound quality is excellent and enhanced by its noise-canceling ability. As a senior, I have the usual hearing problems of someone my age, but with this
headset, I don't miss a thing, I hear everything. Shortly after receiving my order, I received an email from customer service, they just wanted to follow up to be sure everything was going as expected, it was. Sarena has been continuing to offer service after the sale as I've never received before. My wife was so impressed with my purchase that she wanted one for herself. I mentioned that to Serena and she offered to send me a headset for my wife. Unbelievable! If you are seriously looking for a way to improve your TV experience, you do not want to pass on this setup. You will not find quality equipment and service like this, anywhere else.
These headphones are amazing! They arrived after I had foot surgery and I wanted to watch TV while others were sleeping. They were very easy to connect to the TV. When you seat them on their saddle, make sure you see the light come on. At first, I had them in the saddle and they weren't charging because i did not have them seated firm. Once I figured that out, I have not had any further problem. The quality of the sound it vey good. I have had other headphones with static. Not these! They work all the way in the kitchen from my bedroom, which is nearly 50 feet! No distortion. If I could make a recommendation to the company, I only wish the connection supported 3 or 4 headphones. I cannot find such a system that works well. It would make movie watching much better at my house. The home has high ceilings with terrible acoustics and this would solve the problem.
I just received the Wireless Headphones this morning. The packaging was quality and items inside were in excellent condition. Installation was very easy and sound from the headphones was static and there was no distortion. The headset is light weight and very comfortable. I gave the battery life 4 stars even though I have not had the product long enough to test the life of the batteries but based on the quality of the rest of the product I will assume the battery life will be as quality as well
They r just as advertised- plug n play. Really no issues - placing headset to charge on cradle and get a good connection first was dicey if you kinda force it on but found if dropping them from approximately 1/2 inch above, the connection on the spring loaded contacts engages fine. Certainly recommend for the money!
I have a really large head, and these fit me very well! Once they find the sweet spot on my head, they don't slip around at all. The top and earpieces have wonderful, thick cushioning that seem to be covered with a woven fabric. Should be easy to clean them as needed. I've worn them for hours on end (8+), and my ears were the tiniest bit sensitive where my glasses and the padding intersect, but it was gone by the next morning. These are NOT bluetooth headphones; they work on 2.4gig radio. The range is impressive and far beyond bluetooth capabilities. I have yet to wander far enough to experience signal loss or degradation - even through multiple walls. both interior and exterior. I am a musician, so audio quality is highly important to me. These babies aren't studio cans, but they do a great job for the price point. They are a bit low-end heavy, but with a bit of EQ adjustment, you can achieve a well-rounded sound. I've used them with my phone, PC, tablet, and home theater projector. Solid performances, one and all. As for the battery life, I use them all day long for two days w/o charging, and they're still going strong after 18+ hours. I plop them on the charger after the second day and rinse and repeat. Overall, no complaints. Solid investment. No regrets.

Easy set-up, works just as advertised. Much simpler than a bluetooth set-up. No-lag sound makes watching TV much more enjoyable. I hooked it up with RCA y's on the audio out of my sound system. Others can listen to the speakers and I can use the headphones with my own seperate volume control. This system is exactly what I wanted.
I like that the headphone came in so fast. That was great. The quality is great and it was easy to connect to my TV. Just plug and play. I like the way you just put the headphones in to the cradle and they start charging right away. The sound quality is great. I like the way they fit over my ears and block out all the surrounds.
I am very pleased with the product. Exactly as advertised. Arrived promptly, product set up was very quick and easy.
The headphones are very comfortable and work perfectly. Now I can watch my movies at night without waking up my wife. I recommended the product to a friend that was over and he said he would give them a try as well. My only critique would be to change the battery from nickel cadmium to lithium ion.
The sound is great. Loud enough for my husband. The problem is it is very tight on his ears, he has a big head. So he has to take them off for a while. Also we have a hard time getting the headphones seated so they will charge.
The setup was extremely fast and easy. I prefer this design over the bluetooth systems. The multiple connection configurations were very beneficial. The headset is comfortable and the sound quality is very good, better than the TV speaker system. It is specially nice to be able to block out all the surround noises. Volume control is very good. Also, I liked the the capability to walk out of the room and go around the house and still hear the sound. My old system was line of sight and limited to 20 ft. That way I don't miss anything if I want to get some food during the shows. The price is very reasonable for the quality and performance of the product. I would definitely select this item again.
