I have tried a lot of pillows and spent a great deal of money in my quest for the perfect pillow. The reason I decided to try this pillow was because you can make it as fluffy or flat as you want. The first night, I tried the pillow as is. It is a large pillow and even my king side pillowcase was tight on it. It was way too firm and fluffly. The next night I removed enough filling to fill a gallon size ziplock bag. I stuffed the bag full...it wouldn’t even close. That night was better but still a little too firm. The next night I removed another ziplock bag full of stuffing. I had the best night’s sleep in a long time! It’s not like the luxury pillows at a nice hotel but it is, by far, the best pillow I’ve had in years! And the price is great!! Try this pillow....what do you have to lose..except a restless night!
One of mine came with a rip in the seam but I’m still giving them 5 stars. It’s a great set of pillows. I have severe neck and back pain. Scoliosis with limited disc space causing a lot of nerve entrapment in my neck which affects my whole upper body. I’m a side sleeper to boot because of lower back pain so that’s not great for my shoulder and arm pain. I’ve been using these for a while now. I do believe I have had less pain since I got them. I have done everything for pain (physical therapy, medications, heat, tens unit, you name it. We even bought a $3,000 mattress that ended up not helping). Needless to say, I’ve tried a LOT of different types of pillows. I bought these because the price was really good and I was desperate. I’m actually really happy I did. I have numerous neck pillows here as well as bed pillows that I absolutely couldn’t even use after trying. I will be keeping and continuing to use these. From me, that says a lot. Amazing how they decompress. Soft and love the fact that stuffing can be removed to customize. Extremely tight fit in queen pillow cases. Kind of a pain to put them in the cases.
I am a very picky When it comes to pillows. I’ve bought cheap and expensive pillows and was never satisfied till I tried these. I love that they are fluffy and have support . I am a side sleeper so it’s very hard to find good pillows. They are just like an expensive down pillow only better. Plus you can adjust the amount of fill you want . Lucky for me it was perfect without taking any fill out. Give these pillows a try and hopefully you will be as satisfied as I am.
Unpackaged them and initally wasn't shocked.. Seemed like a regular pillows... Nothing to write home about... Then I went to bed... I laid my head down and immediately was impressed.. They were supportive enough and soft at the same time..
My head felt like a newborn baby being cradled in my mommys arms.. I have 8 pillows on my bed and these 2 are by FAR my new favorite! Slept like a baby all night long, didn't wake up with any neck pain and the annoying headache ive had for the past week was gone... It was the best sleep ive had in weeks.. AMAZING

How to choose the right pillow?
1.Cover
The surface of pillow, which directly contacts the skin (or face), need to be carefully screened. And there are 3 materials popular on market for pillow: polyester, polyester cotton and pure cotton. The polyester is thin and lightweight, but poor in the ventilation and water absorbency. Pure cotton is softer, breathable and skin-friendly. If you require higher quality and better user experience, the pure cotton material is definitely the best choice.
Thread Count：Thread count refers to the number of threads, both vertical and horizontal, in a one-inch square of fabric. Using finer threads also allows for more thread to fit in a square inch. Finer thread results in smoother, softer fabrics and is part of the reason high thread count fabrics are considered more desirable than fabrics without one.
2. Filling
Pillows filled with various fillings have different experiences. As for the fiber filled pillows, we need to pay attention to the specification, weight and production process of the fiber.
Specification: Fiber is measured by Denier (abbreviated D) , such as 1.5D, 3D, 7D; smaller numbers mean finer fiber and more like down feather. The pillow filled by finer fiber is softer.
Weight: The quantity of filling affects the support performance of pillow. The more microfiber filling, the more support it can provide for your neck and head.
Silicone: Siliconized fiber has greater resistance to clumping for long-lasting use.

Love that these pillows are customizable! Only issue is one of the pillows had a faulty zipper that was super hard to open and close. But the other pillow was fine.
The pillows are great. The only reason I am giving 4 starts is because the first one I ordered I has to return it because it was dirty and with a hole on it. I still order again because I thought it could have been the carrier's fault. The ones that came today were perfect.
I've spent too much money on other pillows, trying to find the most comfortable density but these are perfect.
I like the look of the gusseted pillow on the bed, as far as holding shape. I was able to easily adjust the pillow during the night, it squishes up and around, well.
So plush! I love that you can adjust the fluffiness of the pillows by removing some of the cotton inside the pillows.
I generally prefer harder pillows but these are quite well balanced. I can use machine to wash these pillows without any issue so they are really easy to clean.
