They appear to be used and I ordered New. One had red paint on it and both had dirty finger prints. One the solar cell is scratched. They look ok so I installed them. I will see how well they work. Here in FL we get a lot of sun but the solar panel could need a little more adjusting ability on rotation. One installed at my driveway does have good bright light off it at night when activated. I like the look of them and appear to be well made. They look like security cameras.
Their support is great and the sent me replacement items right away. It's a good product with great support.
I would buy more of these high quality lights.
Now April 2019 and these lights work great. I have backyard full of trees and installed one of these there but it could not get enough Sun to charge so I installed a mirror to reflect the sun light to it and now works great, problem solved and for just a couple dollars.
We live off the grid so we depend a lot on solar energy its been to years now and I have tried a lot of different
solar lights some had lasted day some months a lot of it had the do with the elements that we have here, also
the quality of the product and A-zone by far is one that I would recommend. Out of the box when I picked it up
the metal housing and bracket are solid not cheaply made also stainless hardware, it just built to withstand the harsh elements. defiantly

My feed back may be a bit premature, but I am gonna rate on what I see. I have not had these mounted yet, we are having a rainy stretch and I am waiting for sun. However, testing in a semi-dark kitchen, they seem pretty bright when in bright light mode.
First, these come out of the box with some charge on them. So you can verify they are working as expected. They will be very easy to mount, and to solar array is a generous size and should easily charge the unit.
I am not exactly sure why they have a low light mode, it seems a waste to me as the low light mode is just barely bright enough to let you see that it exists. I would prefer full off to full brightness for maximum surprise as these are going on the dark sides of my house to turn on, normally when someone who does not belong walks there.
I love the fact that they look like IP cams. I will be gluing a small IP cam antennae on each to make them look like IP cam/light combo. Should provide the maximum discouragement for those who do not belong
I installed two lights in my driveway to come on when motion was detected. The lights stay on (low light) when the solar cell detects that it is dark enough. Once motion is detected the lights get brighter, lighting the driveway enough to see well. I have had them installed for week and they are working well. The solar panel only adjusts in the direction the light is pointing to. If they are mounted high enough, then they can point in the opposite direction also. Mine are both pointing East so it is difficult to get southern exposure, but they have been working all night. I will have to see how long the battery life is. Nice product, the packaging was professional and it's nice they are aluminum and not plastic. Solar panel looks to be well designed. Time will tell!
Love this product. I am a single woman and the sides of my house are so dark. These lights did the trick. High quality and they seem very well made. They give off a little light until it senses movement then shines bright. It's perfect for my dog a little maltese that likes to do business on the side of the house. It senses him and he is so small! I decided not to drill into my house and was able to place them on my deck railing, and on a table and on a chair (didn't use nails, just placed it down). I like that I don't have to nail it into my home. The bottom of the light is flat so you can actually lay it down and it sits well.

-Please install the Solar Flood Light face south and make sure the solar panel can get the good sunlight. If there is limited sunlight or in bad weather, it may take longer time to be fully charge. Normally it can be fully charged in 5-6 hours under bright sunlight.

After having installed two of these lights along my 140 foot driveway, I recently purchased another two units. These units are very well built, easy to install and provide excellent lighting. I've mounted my lights to square pieces of pressure treated wood, and then mounted them approximately twelve feet up in trees that are set back approximately fifteen feet from and line my driveway. The light provided when the unit is activated is excellent and is great for illuminating my driveway whether I'm walking or driving along it. After one good day of sunlight for charging, these lights work right through the night. Highly recommend these lights to anyone with tough lighting situations.
You cant tell they are solar lights, and it looks.like a camera when the lights come on. So it would if u were every being robbed. Because the ligjt is so bright and it comes on down such a distance. It looks like cameras so it scares people away but the lights are very bright and I love them I actually want to buy another set

We had a problem with the front of our driveway being dark.
As a result, inconsiderate people would park their cars and block our driveway after dark.
Now, when the light turns on, they don't feel as comfortable parking there.
It also gives me the extra light I need when I walk out to the front of the house.
It stays on the low setting all night, and goes bright when anyone passes on the sidewalk.
(About 20 ft away)
These lights are an inexpensive alternative to hard wiring a switched security light.
Much better that other solar lights I have tried. Good Job !
Got these to light up the dark side of the house where the garbage/recycle bins are. I live in a two story house and attached these to the gutters on either side. They give off a nice light field of range 180 degrees and there is enough light to clearly see the bins and any trip hazards. Only con I wish the light could rotate a bit more to give more directional lighting focusing either more up or down or more to the middle. All in all I am very pleased with the purchase and will probably get another set to put on the other side of the house.
