This is perfect for swimming whether it's in the pool or for open water triathlon. My goggles used to fog up but as long as I put about 4-5 spritzes in each eyepiece before I swim and then rinse it out it works perfectly. I've done 2-3 mile swims without them fogging up in all different water conditions and this is exactly what I needed.
This stuff works amazing!!!! Put it on my swim goggles and never had to apply again all day. Crystal clear vision with no fog!!
I was confused at first and thought they sent me empty bottles, but at I read the directions, you add water and the sponge looking thing inside contains the solution. I tested on my glasses and it works great. I have yet to test on goggles or anything more demanding, but I am not disappointed.
Update 4/1/2019 to initial review. Outstanding customer service. Upon hearing of my situation, they immediately sent me another shipment with special call-out to let the solution dry on the lens. (ie. do not take in off or buff the lens while its wet). Sure enough, a dramatic improvement in performance. Just make sure the lens are clean before spraying. I will be repurchasing again and using for the activity listed below when the 2019 winter season comes around.
Can't speak for use effectiveness for other activities, but it was not very effective for me. Outside Platform Tennis in 25 degree weather..after approx 45 minutes fogging occurred on both traditional script glass wear and sports goggles. To be honest, have yet to find a fix. Has to do with heat leaving my head then interacting w/ my breathing and cold air.
I got this product to try because when riding our ATV we kept having problems with our goggles fogging. We tried several suggestions and home remedies, some just to "put a band aid on the issue". We tried this and it worked very nicely, you don't need to apply every time. I suggest after every other cleaning or when you notice the fogging to start again.

When I first opened this I thought maybe I ordered a Gag Gift. After reading the directions twice, I followed them to the letter. I was amazed at how well it really worked on my everyday glasses.

Works amazingly well, our little guy couldn’t wait to test it on his goggles so he took them in the bath and shower. Kept them from fogging up!
I’m always worried that using the “spit” method to anti-fog my goggles is gonna end up giving me pink eye... LOL.. it happens. But this spray work at least as well or better than using saliva and I don’t worry about eye infections now. It’s great that it comes in twos...
Followed the instructions exactly as stated. Mixed, sprayed into goggles, let dry! I did rinse them out before my son tested them out in the tub since that's only option currently. Worked well he didn't have any issue with fogging up with about 30 minutes continuous use.
