Work really well, I love it. The Wi-Fi network is strong and performance is great. I love how small and compact its size is. I live on the third floor and Im connected when outside. The setup is super super easy to set Wi-Fi name and password. Bought it last year and still no issues.
We've got a weird setup where a Tivo Roamio DVR streams wirelessly to a Tivo Mini. Now if you know Tivo's at all, you'll know they don't compress those streams. It's a big fat pack of data and because of that, Tivo recommends wired connections. For instance, trying to use a 802.11n connection in another room was miserable because even 30mb wasn't enough to hold this uncompressed stream. But the spot my wife wants the TV can't be wired so I make it work however I can. Before last week that was using Powerline adapters, but we started seeing lag and one of the adapters abruptly failed. Enter the Totolink AC1200. We've currently got it set up as a bridge with the Tivo Mini connected and receiving a 802.11ac stream from our Unifi AP in the same room. That's 800mb of potential bandwidth at something like 92% signal quality and it works. No lag and picture quality is good.
So I have no idea how good this thing is as a router. I will say the interface and GUI are good. I was able to set it up as a bridge relatively quickly. The key thing I think is cost. These are really cheap. Cheap enough that I'm buying a second one to bridge another lesser used device, but also as a backup in case the first one fails.
So far so good, great little router.
I used it to provide an interface to my mobile hotspot. The hotspot is limited to 10 devices, so using this I no longer have the limit.
It has a mode to use wifi as the LAN interface, thus it provides the DHCP and everything like normal, but uses a wifi link as the LAN instead of having to cable something up. It has terrific range on the wifi.
It allows 2 and 5 GHz wifi but I don't seem to have much luck with the 5GHz side of things. Really doesn't matter to me.
I hoped it had a nicer parental control, not so convenient.
I honestly didn't have expectations because of the price but figured I'd give it a shot because we really needed at least 2 high speed Ethernet ports. This little router did NOT disappoint, I'm actually REALLY impressed by it. It worked immediately, I just had to go in & set up our networks and it was good to go. Our signal was greatly improved, our connection is super fast & our WiFi signal has been greatly improved all over our house. I would definitely highly recommend this router.
I've used this product for a month since I bought it, and works great as advertised. Its slick design is a plus.
I really worried about the product cuz I've never heard of the brand, TOTOLINK, but it turns out they make pretty decent products.

My last mini router got wet and died. This one was about the same Volume, smaller foot print and dual band too. Why to the rest of routers have to be so big? Small is good and small work as good too.
I use it as a wifi bridge to use my wireless AC network for my Android box, which only supports wireless N and caps at 20Mbps. With this as a wifi bridge, my Android box can get my full internet speed at around 90Mbps. If you have 100Mbps internet, this is the wifi bridge to get.
This product is a great deal at this price. A friend of my happen to bought this product and recommend it to me.
I just moved to a house about 4500 sqft. I had my Verizon quantum gateway and a TP-Link AC750 signal extender work perfectly in my old 2000 sqft townhouse, but the signal is very weak and dropped often when I am in the 3rd floor bathroom in the new house . I brought this TOTO link device and hoping it works better.
This TOTolink product is a bit larger than I thought and not a wall plug product , but it looks stylish and provides a long power cord, so I could put it on the top of my book shelf .
It is very easy to setup , only took me 5 mins to read the instruction and setup then device. The device works well and makes the signal very strong on the 3rd floor even I am in the very corner of my son's room, where I think is the farthest point to the device. And another great thing is its 5G hz signal is strong and amazingly fast, so my wife, me and my son could watch Netflix smoothly on three different device in the same room.
Overall I'm very satisfied with this product and recommend anyone need a wifi extender to give it a try.
Works fine, easy setup. No problems so far
Worked really well as a repeater. The reason I gave it a four star is because of the manual is really poor written.
