Changed and upped to 4* as the seller really tried to help make it better, but lost a star as I couldn't feel truly confident that the handle would remain on while using on clients. Prior review: I do Love the idea, but the handle falls off (would need to glue in/or wedge in with foil or something - will try this) and it squishes my standard moxa stick so breaks inside of holder and when pull out, can't relight or get the broken stuff out easily...great idea, but need to try out with your moxa sticks to see if will actually work. I tried a more tightly packed moxa stick and pulled out from bottom carefully, and this worked better.
Originally I've rcv'd a damaged product and contacted the seller. They went to a lot of trouble to get the replacement for me and allow me time to use the product while I was away on vacation. The product is an medical device in the Chinese medicine world , the amount of heat generated from the sticks heats directly over the effected area. I gave it two days and I love it already. I believe seller's intention to stand by their product is what matters the most.
