I've had this for about a month now. Before we got it, I was waking up in the middle of the night hot and sweaty. I felt gross. I saw from a lot of reviews that people said that this did a lot to help keep them cool. We have a memory foam mattress so it really retains the heat. The first night we had it on, it was a night and day difference. I slept so much cooler. I no longer wake up all sweaty in the middle of the night.
I also really like that it's a pillow top mattress pad. It adds a little bit more cushion for our firm mattress.
I'm pretty happy, I popped it in the dryer for a few minutes to encourage the innards to fluff up, popped it on my bed and made the mistake of trying it out... an hour and a half later I woke up. Needless to say it's very comfortable.
We used this on top of a new topper we found here on Amazon as well (Vlaven 3 inch memory foam mattress topper - CertiPUR-US certified, king). We bought these for our very hard RV king mattress. We really didn't want to purchase a new mattress for the 5th wheel, so looked at different toppers to see how we could improve the standard RV mattress. THIS WAS A GREAT FIND! Topper was great and this mattress pad adds just the right touch to the topper, it fit perfectly and gave plenty of room to stretch down and under without tugging upward. We had our first 9 nights of sleeping on them and we were so surprised, felt like we had one of those "great finds" reasonably priced purchases! Highly recommend!
It's soft and squishy, stays put nicely on my bed (which is really just a 3" foam mattress top on the floor), and doesn't make noticeable noise when I move.
I washed it before use, and regular cycles in both the washer and dryer did nothing to harm it.
It's a little more money than some of the competition, but I believe it is worth it.
The new bed I purchased was a medium firm mattress and it was a little too firm for me, but I purchased this mattress pad and now my bed is perfect sleeping conditions for me! Would highly recommend this mattress to friends and family. I washed it and dried it in my washing machine and it didn't loose it's padding and no feathers have come out.

Oh my Gosh! This is amazing! Seriously! My mattress before was OK, but a little firm. This makes it into a pillow-top mattress. It is SOOOOO Comfy! 100% worth it! I will buy this for every bed I ever get in the future.

Since the packaged was wrapped air tight, I threw it in the dryer for 10 minutes. The queen size fits my mattress perfectly. Although not made of cotton, it will keep me warm during the winter months.
Been using this mattress cover for a month. It provides the perfect amount of softness(just a little) to my ultra firm mattress. Fits perfectly, and stays put on the mattress thanks to ample skirt fabric all around which accommodates my deep sided mattress. Washed very nicely. I recently bought a firm pillow top mattress and was looking for mattress pad that would make it softer and more comfortable. This did that nicely. Currently it's December so it is very cold outside, so I appreciate that this makes the bed warmer too, but it would be too warm in summer
