I’ve been on the Keto diet a few times prior to taking the supplements, and the three days that it takes my body to detox and enter into ketosis is always such an uphill climb for me, and is one of the most daunting of hurdles whenever I want to start back up again.
While I do believe that it still took me the same amount of time to enter ketosis, I didn’t experience the same headache, fatigue, and irritability that I usually have as I unload my carbs, which is great!
