This was VERY challenging. It says for ages 6-16 but it took my hubby about two hours to put together. We actually purchased for my 7 year old grandson that is GREAT with Legos.
Ordered as birthday gift. He is now 8 and this gift was right up his alley. He has ADD and this toy keeps him entertained for hours. It makes him focus on the construction of the toy.
If your kid puts legos together very easily, then this is a perfect gift for them. It’s going to be a challenge building it but it’s totally worth it.
It was really cool! Only reservation is that the instruction book isn’t all that clear. For a kid it would be difficult to decipher. Someone my age I had to work through a few of the pictures to figure out what they were putting together. So I’d give it a 4 of 5 just bc the instructions aren’t as clear as a LEGO book.
This was a little over my 4 year old grandson but with a bit of help, he made the copter and sleep with it in his bedroom as a nightlight!
