Love this non caffeinated formula. Love the lemon flavor. It does boost my energy. Not like a pre-workout. But I feel the difference in my training and focus. I didn’t know going into ketosis created free radicals. I love that this product has extra antioxidants to help fight them. For the price, you can’t go wrong.
It’s ok. I like Pruvit ketones better. I was not happy with the amount of carbs in the product. 7g. If I was strict keto like I used to be I wouldn’t buy it.
