I love this mug. It’s my favorite. It is a bit fragile but worth the buy. My son dropped and broke one and I reordered and it was there in 2 days, only it was broken. When I complained, I was sent a new one next day. Excellent service!
Love this cup. Great color and very heavy lid that has a lip to prevent it from sliding off while your tea (or soup) is steeping. I would love it if they made it in more colors. Would definitely order this product again! The only slightly negative thing is it is a bit hard to clean lipstick off but hey, I can live with that!
It's seems very well made, nice color and I like the matte finish.
However, we got it for my husband's loose leaf black tea, and the leaves tend to slip through the filter. I imagine for a flower tea, that is big, it would work great, or even to infuse fruit into a tea, but for the loose leaf, it just slipped through, some getting caught in the infuser hole (I had to poke them out with a toothpick)
