Love these. Use them all the time. Bought another set after my first. Prefer this style over other reusable bags as they are sturdier, protect from freezer burn better, seem to dry faster than the thinner alternatives, and are easy to clean. the concept of these bags makes sense, but they don't seal as well as they say and they're difficult to wash-- i've been turning them inside out and putting them in the dishwasher.
I purchased these to decrease the amount of plastic that I had to recycle or throw away. I am amazed to find that the quality is amazing! The thicker bag keeps my food fresher. The bags also don’t allow smells to permeate through like regular disposable ones. I have only used one in the freezer and have not thawed out the food yet but I’m convinced that the thicker bag will protect from freezer burn much better! Also easy to clean by tossing on top shelf of dishwasher. Very happy with this purchase!
