So I ordered this charger any came in everything was perfect it worked for about 3 months and then the quick charger stopped working. So I contacted the company and let them know what was happening and they assured me it was just a faulty charger. And they ship me out a new one. At no cost to me which absolutely blew my mind because a lot of companies don't even respond let alone care.
So the pros on this charger r one that's very big and can charge at qualcomm 3.0 amd be charger at qualcomm 3.0 which is amazing considering without it it would take a lot longer to charge that much.
You can charge two devices at once when using the 3.0 fast charge and one using the smart charge which won't hurt any device.
It comes with the nylon net case which is amazing for holding it and storing a couple mini USB. Overall I'd have to give it a 10 out of 10 same with the company
The only negative I ran into is that when you were at work and your co-workers see you have a charger they all want to use it. Other than that it's an extraordinary device
I bought this to use with my Nintendo Switch, and it works flawlessly. Can play Zelda: Breath of the Wild and it will still charge about 10-15% in 30 minutes. Much faster when in sleep mode.
It's also not as large as I was afraid it would be and comes with a nice carrying sleeve.
If you are purchasing this for a Nintendo Switch you will need a USB Type C 3.1 Male to Male cable in order to charge at full speed. I purchased "USB Type C Cable, CableCreation Super Speed Gen 2 (10Gbps) USB 3.1 Type C Male to Male Cable, 1.6FT/Black" and it works, but anything like it should work as well.
Hands down the best powerbank I have ever used. The high capacity is more than enough to charge my Nexus 5x no less than 5 times, with juice to spare. The QC 3.0 will get my phone to 75% in well under an hour and full usually in 1.25 hours or less. The unit is provided with a mesh sack that is big enough to hold the powerbank, and a couple of cables and it cinches closed just around my USB in the QC port.
I had some questions regarding the unit so I contacted Ravpower support via email from their website. They were very helpful and explained everything very well. I have 2 of these units one for me and one for the wife, and when a good friend asked my opinion on powerbanks i told him what i thought about mine and he immediately ordered one for himself.
Overall a great product, Only things I would keep in mind with something of this capacity is:
1) Dont expect the battery pack to charge in less than 16 - 24 hours if you plug a 500mAh or 1Ah wall charger into it. Use a QC capable wall charger or at least a 2.4A wall wart.
2) The USB C port operates in both directions. Meaning you can charge the battery from a electrical source, or output from the battery to another device.
3) I charge my unit with the USB C port with a QC 3.0 capable wall wart, full charge time for it is usually about 4 hours to possibly up to 6 depending on the amount of charge left before plugging it in.
It is pretty solid too, I've dropped it a few times and haven't had any issues with it at all.
Don't hesitate to purchase this thing, its well worth it.

I rarely write reviews but felt compelled to write one for this since I gave it some decent real world testing with an iPhone X.
All tests below done with the charger starting out at Full Charge, charging and iPhone X on AT&T with a 1 foot lightning cord.
- Charge 1: Phone battery starting at 13% to 100% charge. Light usage with data, wifi, bluetooth on (checking email, instagram, a few texts). 2hrs 4min, all 4 lights still on the charger
- Charge 2: Phone battery starting at 6% to 100% charge. Minimal usage with data and wifi on (sent a few texts, checked weather). 2hrs 9min, 3 lights left on the charger.
- Charge 3: Phone battery starting at 20% to 100% charge. Played a few games, texted, instagram. 2hrs 11min. 2 lights left on teh charger.
- Charge 4: Phone battery starting at 8% to 100% Airplane mode, everything off and no use. 1hr 42min, one light left on the charger.
- Charge 5: Phone battery starting at 11% to 100%. Airplane mode, everything off no use. 1hr 32min. 1 light blinking on the charger.
- Charge 6: Phone battery on 25% to 28%, threw phone on the charger to see how much juice was left after the warning light started blinking. Charged for about 5 minutes and then died completely.
I then used a Qualcomm Quick Charger to charge the unit from fully dead to fully charged with a USB 3.0 micro usb cable. Took exactly 6 hours and 40 minutes.
I'm pretty happy with this unit, the build quality is great, the pouch is nice, and it's easy to use. I do a lot of backpacking and bikepacking and I look forward to taking this with me on my adventures to give my phone and drone controller extra juice out on the trail.
Excellent company! I had purchased one of these power banks due to me buying a Pixel 2 XL (a phone that uses a USB Type C port on both ends of the charging cable) to replace my old power bank, while simultaneously upgrading to a power bank that will hold five full phone charges instead of my previous two. Unfortunately, I was in a head on collision and lost both my car and many possessions inside of it. The power bank was one of these items. Quality battery pack. It is a bit heavy and large but that is just required when this amount of juice is kept portable.
Battery pack lasted ~1.25 years of medium/heavy DAILY use before the board or battery cells finally fried.
Their warranty is still covering this product so I currently going through the RMA process.
Would totally buy a second if the warranty wasn't still valid!
UPDATE: While going through the RMA process they kindly sent me a replacement battery bank and I was back up and charging within a few days! Amazing customer service!

Won't charge from the quick charge in. That port won't even provide power to unit. USB type C port provides power to the unit (blue lights light up with 1 left blinking) but won't charge the unit.
I obviously may have gotten a bad unit, but it took me 2 weeks to find out because I didn't have a charger capable of charging the unit according to what the Q&A section said. And when I bought a charger and cable that I knew would work for sure, I got the same results. Very disappointing, I had several instances where I needed this power pack but it was unusable.
*Update*
The company that sells this product contacted me very quickly after I had posted the previous review and asked to confirm my address so they could send me a replacement free of charge.
The replacement I received works very well so far. I haven't had enough opportunities to really put it through it's paces yet, but so far it is living up to my expectations.
I have changed my review from 1-star to 5-stars because so far the customer service has been quick, efficient, and they replaced my bad unit with one that works free of charge. They took care of my problem in a timely manner and I am very happy with their customer service. Great customer service always makes a huge difference to me and they took care of me.
I am always travelling, always in airports and have a myriad of power hungry devices with me all the time. I used a great 10,000 mah anker power bank for the last couple of years but as my devices changed, new tech came in like quickcharge and USB c devices the anker device though a great product but couldn't live up to the demand either in capacity or speed. I was in the market for another reliable power bank with specific needs:
1) Multiple charge ports
2) One of these ports should be USB C 3A, also accepts USB fast charge
3) Huge capacity
4) Supports QuickCharge 2 at minimum
5) Decent size with SOLID construction
This device addressed all these needs and had an extra feature which was the ability to charge using micro USB in QuickCharge 3 mode! This was a huge plus!
Price is pretty good, I confirm it indeed uses QuickCharge 3. For USB c charging at full 3a speed you should get one of the benson approved USB c to USB c cables. I got the Anker power line cable, you can't go wrong with this one.
Highly recommended. Let's see if it will stand the test of time.
EDIT: They sent me a replacement and it's working much better. It's still charges a bit slower than advertised but it could possibly be something else such as the wall plug. Their customer service was great about it so this isn't too big of a deal for me, and the other issues I had don't seem to be a problem with the replacement
The charger is functional however I'm having a lot of issues with it.
the battery takes an extremely long time to charge. I let it charge for 48 hours plugged into a quick charge wall port that I use constantly and works fine on everything else, and it only charged halfway. I also tried charging with a quick charge USB c charger and it still did not charge all the way in the next 24 hours. On top of that, it gets extremely hot. To the point it feels like it's burning me when i touch it while plugged in. I tried going on the website and doing a warranty extension so I could have it replaced but the website did not allow me to complete the form.
Pros: can be charged by USB c which I love, as I've been looking for one that does this. Also it lasts a long time before the charger dies.

The seller, Sunvalley Brands contacted me, after my initial review. They offered to replace the item, and did so expeditiously. After receiving the replacement item, I was very satisfied with its operation. This battery pack is awesome. I use it to charge my 2016 iPad Pro, my 2017 iPad Pro, and my new iPhone. 8 Plus, and it charge all of the devices very quickly, and efficiently.
I especially love the fast charge from the USB A fast charging port, and the USB C Port. This battery Pack comes in handy, as I am a college student, who uses portable devices very often, around campus.
Five stars to the seller for their awesome customer service, and to the manufacturer, RAV POWER, for such a wonderful product. I will definitely buy from this seller again, as I have confidence that they would always treat me fairly.

Just received my power bank today. Very fast shipping. Love the look and feel of the device. However, when I attempted to charge it, through the micro USB port, The device started to get a little warm in the area around the port, and there was no indication that the Power bank was charging. Then, I use the little adapter, that can include it in the box, on the micro USB cable, and plugged it into the USb c port, and LED charging light came on. I think that my device came with a busted micro USB port, as the charging cord comes out very easily. This is indeed not a good start for my new power bank. I know that this company stands behind their products, and I hope that someone reaches out to me, to rectify this situation. The other products that I have bought from this company, all worked flawlessly. Hope to continue this trend.
