I set out to find an alternative to one of the big name brands for filtered water pitchers. I read recent reports that some of the better-known brands weren't filtering out everything they promised. I'm not someone who gets super paranoid about my water, but still I wanted something that tasted good and a product that was reasonably priced. Problem solved. The water from this tastes really great to me and the pitcher is of good quality. It doesn't feel flimsy at all as past ones I've had from other brands. I also find that the replacement filters are reasonably priced which is always a consideration.
This pitcher refills very very fast. If it hasn't completely filled you can still pop from it because the stem is low. The filter uses reverse osmosis which is the best filtering system available. I highly recommend it.
Like the filter, easy to set up, good volume and I really don’t feel any taste of chlorine in water we drink any more. Comfortable to fill while in use and good quality filter unit. Indicator on the top is quite helpful too. Good value. Bought 3 spare filters, all set and enjoying the purchase.
When the water in the tubing to my refrigerator water dispenser froze and there was no way to remedy the problem without turning off my freezer for a while (and there was no guarantee that turning off the freezer would fix the problem), I decided to purchase a water filter pitcher. After many comparisons on line, I purchased a Levoit Water Filter Pitcher, and I haven't been disappointed with that decision. The pitcher is sturdy and well-designed, and it's easy to fill and handle -- and it fits wonderfully on the top shelf of my refrigerator. Our water tastes pretty gross. This pitcher filters it quick and it actually tastes good afterwards.

Notes:
Replace the water filter every 60 days or after filtering 40 gallons / 150L of water. The filter is available for purchase (Search for: LV110WP-RF).
Pause the indicator by pressing and holding the "START" button for 3 seconds and remove the cartridge if not in use for a while. Press and hold for 3 seconds to restart when used again.
Press the "START" button firmly for 8 seconds to reset the filter life indicator after replace the filter cartridge.
I really like this water pitcher. My only problem is that ordering replacement filters is not easy. I've been searching and followed the recommendations for ordering. No information is available on how or where to order the replacement filters. I do not need another pitcher, just the filter.
The Levoit water filter pitcher takes all the impurities out of the tap water and leaves it tasting like bottled water, without the expense or having a plastic bottle to add to landfill.
It’s a good jug. Nice size and easy to use. I have it 4 stars because the tracker at the top of mines went out after only having it for a month. Too much hassle to return for that. But will buy again in the future. Water quality is great!
I like that it cleans the chlorine taste from water. I prefer the taste of spring water. My husband doesn't like the water bc he says it tastes like Dasani water. I'm a spring water fan too, but i drink my Levoit filtered water and feed it to my flock of 20 chicks one month old.
So far I love everything about it.
