After years of having to use a right handed mouse I am looking for a suitable left hand mouse for a long time, it is great to be using this left handed one ,this is a very comfortable mouse and only took a little getting use to, mainly because of so many years of using right handed mice).I have now dropped it twice onto a hard floor and it is still working great. if you are a lefty in in right handed household where people keep changing your mouse back to right handed orientation, you will love this mouse and appreciate that the righties can't do that with this mouse! I would definitely buy this again because if it breaks it will be because of me dropping it.
I am right handed and learned to use a left handed mouse to give my right hand a break. Plus I now can take notes with my right hand while using my left hand on the mouse. It took me a month to learn to use a mouse with my left hand with proficiency. Now, all my employees have them. This model (wired is economical) . There are more expensive wireless ones on the market that I have purchased before but they last about a year or so and then I have to replace them. So this time I purchased this one.

The material is very soft, great quality. I am left handed and I have severe carper tunnel syndrome. I was told that this ergonomic is good. I just receive it today and I can fee that is really amazing.

My wrist and forearm started feeling better, after just a couple of hours of use. It fits okay in the hand, but I wish it was maybe a bit less slick, or had a lip on the pinky side, for easier picking up and moving. It isnt terrible, and its probably jist because I'm getting used to the new grip. Either way, it's easily worth 5 stars, especially considering the cost.
I really didn't have too much difficulty learning to use the vertical mouse. I have found that the strain from using a standard horizontal mouse is completly gone.
...I had to return it. It really felt good for my hand to be vertical instead of flat on the desk. Loved having the mouse buttons positioned correctly for my left hand - It is so annoying when my ring finger accidentally hits a button in a right-handed mouse. However, I returned it because it was just a little too big for my hand. I had to grip it tightly to reach and press the buttons - which defeats the purpose of ergonomic devices. I do recommend this mouse, but not for those with average to small hands.
First mouse I received was DOA, but their customer service was more than happy to get me a replacement.
The mouse itself is a little on the light side for my taste, but overall it's rather good for the price point.
It's not a cure all, but my shoulder has stopped hurting while I'm working. I have a right handed vertical mouse as well, and alternate which one I use often. It took a few days to become proficient, but I can use either mouse almost as well as the standard kind now.
