Does indeed make me sweat 💦 but I think I should have gotten a smaller size. I'm 42, 5' 5" and 240lbs I brought 2xl. I will definitely reorder
Alright so I read the reviews before purchasing product. Alot of the reviews said true to size. I would agree because I wear a large shirt. Here's the issue, btw i am 5 ft 158lbs, my bra size is 38D. Thats the issue. Although once i got it with assistance over my boobs it did fit my stomach. but it was a struggle. i was convinced it wouldnt come off once it was one. so if you have assistance to get it over your boobs the stomach fits fine. otherwise go up a size which will result in the boob fat section to be loose
Great product. I ordered small. If you are more than 27" waist my have to consider a bigger size.
I am 5'7" and about 220 pounds. I ordered an XL. It seems to fit very well. It's a little hard to get on and off. But I think that's how its supposed to be. The only thing that I don't like. AT ALL. is the holes where your arms go. Mine rub In the armpit region. At first I thought i would just get used to it. But it started to rub it raw. Soooooo. I have to put it on and then take my arms out and tuck the straps away. And it still works perfectly. I read many reviews on here before I bought this product and not one of them had the problem that I have so maybe it's just the way my body is built. I would still recommend this product seen as it still works perfectly fine for me even if my arms are in the straps
This hot sweat top has been wonderful. I wear to go on walks, hikes, and I also wear it to work ( I'm a housekeeper) so I work very hard. And when I get home the shirt is usually drenched in sweat, and my bra / sports bra ( even though the breast area is not covered up) they're drenched in sweat as well. I love how long it is so that when I wear the hot sweatpants the shirt goes over them right at the waist area to give me even more of what I need to sweat off around the waist area, you know the love handles, and who loves love handles not me. I highly recommend this shirt. I also highly highly recommend that you hydrate and drink a lot of water when you are wearing these hot pants and shirt. Because you will sweat that much and you need to keep hydrated. I highly recommend.

The item itself is really good. Size was right definitely made me sweat. My only issue with it is I found out I'm allergic to something in the material. The second time i put it on, I wore it for a few hours while I was working, I'm a waitress and I run around so I thought I'd put it to good use, I started getting itchy and got hives all over, and it felt like I had shards of glass scraping my back all over. Ended up having to pop benadryl to help the hives stop spreading. But so overall, I wouldn't buy again strictly for that reason. But the product is well made and everything. Just not for me :)
I ordered a size medium and I am 155lbs with a 34DD. It fit snug but not too tight. Only issue is it rides up if I'm running. But it definitely makes you sweat a lot more and has helped shrink my middle section a lot faster then without it

This is amazing how much you sweat when walking, running or working out. Worth every penny! Would recommend to purchase a size larger than your normal dress size. Love this and have ordered two.

So far so good! It true to size, I’m 225 lbs and I carry my weight more in my belly, I wear 2xl shirts and size 18 in pants and I was afraid it wasn’t going fit but it fits perfectly. It was a little hard to put on at first but just wiggle your way in and fits like a charm. It starts making my belly sweat instantly as I’m beginning to work out for the better and I’m loving it.
