I like these coasters, they are well made and subdued enough for my decor. They have cork on bottom to make them non-slip. So far, they have done the job well.

Very pretty and great quality coasters.
I bought these for a friend's house-warming. She was not home when I left them. I few hours later I got a text, "I love the coasters!" They really are beautiful. Heavy stone material (ceramic). The cork bottom makes it slip-proof and quiet. The images do not do it justice. They look hand-crafted. It is hard to decide which one goes on top. They actually look better scatter around the room. They are as much art as they are practical. And the price can't be beat.
Bright beautiful colors. The sides are white (ceramic). The top decoration appears to be well bonded to the ceramic and protected from chips and scratches. I did not test absorbency.
