There is lots of articles on the benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar. This looks like an easier way to incorporate it into my diet than having to add it to every meal. It is too soon to know if there will be real benefits but it's worth a try!
Got my order today. I am a prediabetic. I am hoping for good results. The great thing about it is that is is tasteless!! I can’t take the vinegar. This is a great substitute.
I had read that taking this will help reduce blood sugar levels. I have type II diabetes, I just started taking this product so I will have to wait for a bit to see if working
