I love these sticks, I wish I bought more while they were still $3 a piece. Like most Vic Firth sticks they break really fast but before then they're great. so buy lots of them.
Vic Firth SD10's are really nice sticks. They are a 5B size but in Maple, so they are a lot lighter than a Hickory 5B. I currently stick with the SD9 and tried the SD10's recently. I like the slightly longer SD9, but I also like the tip and the taper of the SD10.
Perfect if you basically want a lighter-weight 5A
I love the feel of Vic Firth sticks. The SD10 Swingers are my favorite for jazz. They get a perfect sound out of the cymbals. Probably my all time favorites.
Great sticks, feel good in the hand.

Great sticks. The Maple sounds very warm and distinct on Cymbals, and since it's a lighter wood the larger size works out great in the hands.
Great sticks!
Bought them because a friend using only these.
Great balance & lightweight. Maple not Hickory.
good quallity.
They are as advertised. My daughter uses them to beat rhythms on everything she own and they haven't completely destroyed anything yet!
nice feel and balance, not to heavy, just right
