Lots of lead! I’m a teacher who prefers mechanical pencils because they don’t need sharpened but that means going through lots of lead. This was the best value
I bought these as refill for my kids pencils and they work but they slip out when you press to extend the lead. You have to place the tip again a surface to the length you want then they hold. Not sure if it's the pencil or lead but it's a little inconveniet.
Clean packaging and good design to open the sleeves and access the leads. I don’t have enough experience to say whether they are true to their hardness number or if they are durable.
Nice size packages to include with pencils I have made as gifts.
