Just got these and first impression is that they are very well made. After a quick light workout, noticed that it's very hard to locate the center on the bands as the sheath binds and hides the inner band making equal resistance alternating exercises difficult. Love the metal 'biners and D rings and they seem to be very well attached to the bands. One slight detraction, the door jambs are fabric... the bands slide and abrade against the nylon something fierce. Perhaps adding a plastic sleeve on the door jamb pieces would cut the abrasive sliding.
These are a very well made product.and they reek of quality... the detraction's are so small as to not effect my decision to buy this. Money well spent...
I just ordered these and I’m very pleased with what comes with the set. I immediately used it with two of my personal training clients and thought they were very useful and gave new variations to exercises that I already like. I took a picture working my triceps with a band. I do not know how they will hold up over time but they look to be well constructed and the handles are good as well. I’m pleased with this purchase
I have used two other resistance band sets before this. They were the standard fat ended bands with single band capable handles. They worked pretty well and mostly did their job. I can say at this point I like this set much better. The ability to just "clip" on whatever weight combinations has been a great addition to my workout capabilities. I know there were handles you could buy to let you connect like three of the fat ended bands but they cost about half of what this whole set cost me. Other things I like about this set over some similar I considered are the wrapped bands (so snapped bands don't poke yer eye out) and the ankle straps which looked (and are) a little more padded and more comfortable than others.
Overall I would recommend this to anybody looking for a pretty complete resistance band setup.

I have some bands that don't have the sleeves on them like these do, and I really do feel safer from snap back with these. They appear to be very well made, with extra support on the connections so that it looks like they will last.
I returned some other exercise bands because they smelled really badly. These have a faint smell but it's not nearly as bad so I can live with it. Other reviewers said that even that smell goes away fairly quickly, so that is a plus.
I tried the door piece, which worked very well.
The bag holds everything nicely, I love how these bands are light weight compared to the weights/barbells I was using before. I can stash them in a drawer by my desk and take them out on a whim to get a little strength exercise.
This is going to help me to stay strong so that when I have to do physical labor it won't be as difficult or make me as sore. I live where I sometimes have to do very physical things to do the maintenance. Since it's not all the time, it's easy to get out of shape which makes it harder to do them when necessary.
I assume it's also going to be good for bone strength too, something that is on my mind now as I'm getting older.

I'm using these for crossover symmetry training and they work great!!! I use the ankle strap as a rack strap and two types of bands. Wish I had two of the same types of bands, but needless to say these are very well built and sturdy and versatile set of bands.
I gym it 5 to 6 days a week and do crossover symmetry as a warm up. It's a great way to work on the lower trap and balance out the shoulder placement so that it isn't hunched forward. Good posture which means, a strong lower trap, means no more shoulder pain. These bands fit perfect into my warm-up workout. Both ends have quick a release carabiner for ease of use and both ends appear to be firmly connected to the band and are shrink tubed at the end. Other brand bands I've seen have the carabiner held to the tube with a ring and knot, hmmm how much pulling can that take. i like what Weinas did here, looks and feels like it will last. I'm a medium size person and the handles fit me just fine with room to spare. All and all very versatile system. Two thumbs and tow big toes up!
I had to go through Physical Therapy after a procedure for a "Frozen Shoulder" a year or so ago. In the PT, they had me use these elastic bands with various degrees of resistance. They gave me a bunch of bands to use at home, so, I could do the prescribed PT exercises every day between my PT sessions. I continues to do the exercises long after the PT was done. Then one day one of the bands with the most resistance snapped while I was exercising. So, I decided to look for something better and I found these Resistance Bands. The thing I like about these bands is that they have a protective cover over each of the bands to protect you in case one of the bands should snap. The other thing that I like is that each band is labelled with the resistance weight of the band (20Lbs., 30Lbs., 40Lbs., and 50Lbs.) I know that it's just an approximation, but, it's better than "Soft", "Medium", and "Hard" like my elastic bands were classified as being.
Anyway, these bands are great. The handles are comfortable and the bands are easy to clip on to increase the resistance or clip off to reduce the resistance.

This is a fantastic set for the price. It is very versatile as you can add the bands to the hand stirrups to increase the resistance as needed. The stirrups are comfortable in all directions of pull, and the other accessories, the door anchors and ankle straps, are comfortable and easy to use.
