No idea if these really improve muscle tone - - I've seen mixed reviews on EMS. HOWEVER, of the options out there, this one is easy to use. I was sceptical about it sticking well without a belt, but it really does! I also like that it doesn't require batteries and has a USB charger! With 3 pieces to stick to you (one that covers 1/2 stomach, and 2 small to put on sides, arms, legs..., you can work 3 areas at a time. I had a 'belt' model many years ago, that was hard to hide under clothes. This one is fairly flat. (No excuse to not have 10 minutes at home, but sometimes you don't even want your hubby to know it's there for those 10 minutes) :) I can't imagine the gel working for 30 uses, but that's what it says so we'll see. (Gonna start working on finding replacement pads so I don't have to go without).
Excellent set, very strong stimulation. The rechargeable set make this super better than other brand. It really worth the money.thanks.....I will also like to point out that if this set comes in 7 pieces it will be super great for the legs, tight, belly and arms for a completed workout without having to switch patches from one place to another.thanks A.S
This product is effective. I used it in reducing belly fat. What I dislike is that it wasn't quite long when my wife said it is hard for the product to stick to her belly or stomach
I promise that you will see results within days if your already slim.....just workout on abs everyday and use this before and after your workouts and I promise you won’t be disappointed. I purchased for my spouse and purchased a cheaper EMS for myself becuase I didn't know if I would like it or even stick with it. Well, that was a mistake. I should have also purchased AOSTO Muscle trainer for myself as well. The quality of the AOSTO EMS is great, and I am not an EMS expert by any means. My spouse was not sure if it would work like the old school EMS he used back in the 90s. Well, to his surprise, it did the job. I regret getting the cheaper one (JoJoMoon) , beacause one of leg electrodes did not work, right out of the box. I was diappointed with the JoJoMoon EMS, but not with AOSTO EMS. Additionally, the customer service of this saler was phenomenal in taking care to ensure I was happy with the this EMS, even after I mistakenly thought I was initially speaking to the saler of JoJoMoon about my faulty ems. JoJoMoon did not even check in to see if I had any issue with my purchase. I highly recommend AOSTO EMS because of its quality and customer service
The product is good and the USB charging is great. The pads came with gel attached to them and an extra set of gels are supplied. However, I just bought the product and after 15 min - the gel breaks. And if working out moderate to intense - a belt is needed. But got a better cheaper idea - use Saran Wrap or non-stock tape. Works great!!! And great results!
Product actually works as it will make your muscles flex but be careful if you are sensitive. One of the setting makes a prickly feeling if you crank it up. Don’t worry just change the vibration mode so it doesn’t bother you.
I had recently bought 2 Cheaper versions that were made in China, and I loved them. Accept two problems, 1: the power intensity only went so high. (It got good, but only a few select modes really made you feel the burn.) and 2: They burnt out within a couple of weeks. Totally charred black underneath the gill pads.
So I decided to buy this package which was clearly higher quality AND came with a warranty!!! This model has alot higher Max Intensity, USB rechargeable. (Plus I can totally use the USB cables to charge other stuff too.) and if you use the AB simulator and the two bicep simulators on your waist at the same time. You get an INTENSE workout. I'm seeing results much better and stronger.
Plus like I said previously if you get the two bicep simulators, you can place them on other parts of your body: Thighs, hips, legs, and booty!
The product itself works and is good. They give you gel pads but i only got 5 so cant even use the adominal pad. I had to order some more and have to wait to use the rest of the product
