USB C is the up and coming thing. More and more new devices will come out using USB C due to the fact that it can not be inserted upside down. These devices allow you to convert your Micro USB cables to USB C cables. I have used them and they work well. They stay in place and have a quality feel. Even the jewelry-style chains used to attach the connector to your cable have a nice feel and the springs in the closures are sturdy. If I could change anything, I would make the chains so they do not slide on the cable. This is not a big deal, just a tad annoying if they slide too far. One way to prevent this is to keep the connector in place. The entire kit comes in a sturdy zip lock pouch so you can locate them when needed. This is my own honest opinion of this product, but you should be aware that I received a promo discount code for ordering.
