I had a hard time choosing a pillow, since I am a primarily side and stomach sleeper. I have bulging disks in my neck and it really made me skeptical of any pillow. At first 'squish' it seems this pillow is too squishy/soft for support, but it really is super comfy and just enough. I have been using about 3 weeks now and it doesn't smell and felt great from night one. You do need a larger pillowcase, if used to traditional foam pillows. I do think the arm cutouts/wedges are useless, but I get the idea and doesn't affect the sleep.
Bonus, I can still sleep on my side and stomach, but I honestly am finding such a comfy sleep on my back, I have been doing that more often. I NEVER used to sleep on my back.
I sleep every which way and so far, this has been great for all positions. I use the middle for sleeping on my back, the sides for sleeping on my side and for sleeping on my stomach. The height is good and it has a nice firm squish to it. I ordered a second for traveling.

The pillow has a unique yet functional shape that works really well for side sleepers. The contours on either side of the pillow provides grooves to naturally place the arm on the side you're lying on, which has usually been ignored by most pillow designs, even those created especially for side sleepers.
Right in the center of the pillow there is a depression that cradles and raises the head enough to align the neck and spine during sleep to prevent any pinching or compression.
I would prefer the pillow to be a tad bit firmer, but it is durable enough that it keeps it shape all night long. However, I do like to prop my pillow up against the head board while awake to do some reading in bed, and perhaps due to it's shape, or just the durability of the material, it doesn't work very well for support. However, for what it was created to do, it keeps it shape and has never required me to fluff or plump it during the night to keep its shape.
It also works very well for sleeping on your back. The pillow's dimensions ensures that your sleep quality is not compromised.
If you suffer from occasional mild snoring, it can help to relieve that as well.

I have slipped disks and also a habit of sleeping on my tummy or side. I often wake up with massive migraines when using regular, water or even memory foam pillows. This pillow works wonders! Confortable and haven’t woke up with a headache since. I can’t tell you how long this will last tho. I have only had the pillow for a week. We shall see! *fingers crossed*

I suffered whiplash many years ago but it never goes away completely so I always use firm contour pillows for my neck. When this pillow arrived and it was softer than what I was use to I was very skeptical. I kept the packaging for 4 weeks just in case. Well now I am up to 3 months and I love this pillow. I sleep on my back but sometimes on my side and this pillow handles both positions. You do have to get use to the shape of the pillow because your head kind of sinks into it but yet it still keeps my neck aligned, I have no neck pain. I hope this pillow last for a year.
I have tried so many pillows to help with my neck pain and tight trapezoids. Hands down this one is the best. Comfortable, supportive, and the cradle for your head is perfect. I hate it when I roll off of it as I hurt, but if I stay all night, no stiff neck in the morning.
