I take these along with Naturabest Garcinia Cambogia because I feel like together they have the best effect. I take 1 of each when I wake up and 1 more of each 30 minutes before lunch. Still using it and it really helps me during my workout! I feel more energy within the hour or two after I take it! I don’t really feel any difference in my appetite, but like I said, I really see a difference in my workout!
Amazing product, I stack it with Lean Mode and have had great results. Of course you’re going to have to put in the work, I do weight lifting and Cardio and have lost 10 pounds in 6 weeks. I have come to love Evlution Nutrition and will not be going to GNC anymore.
This paired with leanmode made me lose 5 lb in two days. If it keeps making me lose weight that quickly I will probably stop taking them.

I'm not sure if it's helped loose weight yet but I am also using weighs to work out but i have a lot more energy without the jittery feeling, i do feel more focused and i get a lot more done through the day and am not as hungry. I seem to sweat more as well when doing things. So far just the way it makes me feel I love these!
