The outlet on my balcony is at one end, but, I have luminary pots placed at different locations along balcony railing. I tied the cord to railing and can plug in my lights using the additional outlets. Plus, when not in use they have covers for the outlets. The only negative is that the three outlets at each location are close together and some of the plugs now are not the normal size, so hard to plug in three cords at same time without using a short extension cord. (Sorry if this is a bit confusing. This is still a great product.

Cord works great for outside plug in lights
Works fine multiple plug points placed evenly helps in having just of this to plan your out door lighting.
Use only for about 25 days during xmas season. The spacing between plugs was good enough for me. It is good quality cord, hope it will last for many years
