These are amazing. I have had surgery on my neck and have problems with my back. It seems the only thing that will really help it is putting an ice pack on it. They ability to put the massage balls in the freezer is amazing. Taking them out of my freezer putting them on my neck When I am in my recliner or laying down relieves the pain. I’m sold on them.
They're two massage balls. One harder than the other. How can you go wrong?
