Very nice soft, strap for yoga or general stretching. I have been using a cotton, non-stretchable yoga strap to deepen my yoga poses. This is so much better because the built in loops allows you get to get your hands and/or feet in the loops quickly and easily. The strap does stretch but not like a rubber band, it doesn't snap back and hit you when you let go of it. It comes with a zip pouch to store it in as well as access to online user guides, which I haven't used. I wish I had this years ago :)
I love this stretching strap I have a hard time to get all my muscles stretched out I am 5'2 and overweight, so my range of motion is limited. This Yoga EVO Elastic Stretching strap I have an assistant to get the muscles that need to be stretched. I recommend this belt it is well made, no worries of the elastic breaking if anyone needs help to get those muscles stretched this is the best strap I have used, and I have tried many.
The quality of this strap is very high and has a nice feel to it. It doesn't feel like it will snap and break. The extra loops can be used or not. They "give you control over the difficulty levels," as the vendor says. They also make your grip more secure. Overall the product is good quality and worth the investment.
I simply adore my stretchy strap!! This is so wonderful! I have rheumatoid arthritis and hurt badly at only 32. Since stretching out with this daily for the last 2 months I hurt at least 50% less, maybe even more! I can't believe simple stretching would do so much to alleviate my pain! If I don't stretch for a few days my pain starts coming back, but it has worked wonders for me! It made it so I could start being active in ways I never thought possible again in my life! It's allowed me to start yoga and aerial yoga, and I've lost 60 lbs! Not from stretching, but the strap gave me the range of motion and let me feel well enough to do more physical things that resulted in massive shedding of lbs. I highly recommend to anyone and everyone, especially those with chronic pain!
I bought this on Prime Day without really reading anything about it. I have basic stretch bands/resistance bands at home but they don't have loops. So just from the photo I purchased this because it was a good price. I am so glad I did! I am a personal trainer and focus mainly on home fitness for those who can't/don't go to a gym. So I bought this looking for different options for myself and my clients.
The strap comes in a little zipper bag but it's honestly more of a hassle getting it back in there than just hanging it up with my other bands.
There are just enough loops on this band to do practically anything with it. It really is a giant elastic band, but feels very tough and should last a long time. There is just the perfect amount of resistance when pulling. Unlike my rubber resistance bands, this feels more comfortable when pulling because it doesn't "vibrate" when you pull. If you've used bands before you probably know what I mean.
This band does a lot more than just helping people stretch, I actually use it primarily for strengthening joints/ smaller muscle groups. By using the resistance this offers and holding the position for 10-20 seconds it helps strengthen the surrounding muscles to a joint like knees and shoulders. For example: Standing with your feet in the middle two loops and hold the ends in both hands, extending your arms away from your body like a 'T' and slowly raising them until you feel enough tug. Hold that final pose for 10 seconds and slowly lowering your arms to your sides. This works a lot of the muscles around your shoulders.
I've also had my 8 year old son start trying this out. He does karate and needs to work on his flexibility. So he uses this more as a stretch strap. It is helping him learn to focus on the muscle he is trying to stretch while also learning proper posture.
This band is excellent quality and I will recommend it to many of my clients!

This is so amazing. I have been using it to stretch my scorpion pose and I already notice a huge difference. I get really tight upper body from pole fitness so this is a godsend. Definitely use the free eBook and videos it comes with! EXCELLENT.

The package arrived a few days ago. I haven't watched the videos yet, but I experimented with the band, doing some stretching exercises and it was great. I am allergic to latex and was happy to find a latex free product! Most other bands are made of rubber latex and also don't seem very sturdy. It's great to find a solid strong band like this that I don't have to worry about being allergic to. thank you so much!
I’ve been using this for two weeks now. Although there’s no way I can get into the example positions shown in the product insert, I am able to use other positions that help to gently stretch my legs. I especially like to use as resistance training to help build my arm, shoulders, back, and chest muscles. I was concerned about the length since I am 5’ 7”, but have had absolutely no problems with it. I like how the loops help me to hang onto the strap. I’ve used on my feet to do pull-ups with my arms. There are seemingly unlimited exercises that can be done using this strap, even if you’re sitting or lying in bed. I would certainly recommend to those who have limited movement abilities. Love this strap. It's soft on my hands and just stretchy enough but not too much so. I have a knee injury and am using the strap to aid in stretching my hamstring in hopes of gaining more mobility back.
