I was hesitant whether I should get this or just keep the original stand that offered all this can except the height adjustment, and; it was 4" shorter when fully erected, which is the reason why I gave this a try. I dont regret it. Packaging is nice and protective, comes with all the screws necessary and bolts head covers.
I gave durability 4 star rating due to tilt is rather loose. If this was same type but desk mounted, and possibly multi monitor one they offer, I suspect it would shake the monitors with every bump into desk. Tension spring setting is easy and quick. The only real drawback I have with this as opposed to any regular non-height adjusting wall arms is that this doesnt have a detachable monitor vesa plate. So the monitor has to be installed prior to screwing entire setup onto the wall or first screw the stand onto the wall and only then mount the monitor in which is little tough if the monitor is larger and dont have help of another person. Still, this inconvenience was me being impatient. Hold well for 3rd day and would never go back to regular arms. 5 Stars!
I bought this because I was using stacked books to hold my 25 inch LG LED monitor and when I would type it would shake my tall desk and wiggle the monitor. When I began searching for wall mounts (which would help with the stability of the monitor) I wanted something that was adjustable. There is a wide range of prices that met this criteria but I ended up going with this due to its solid reviews and modest price. I am very pleased with it. It's very smooth and holds my monitor right where I place it. It was fairly easy to install and took less than 10 minutes to drill it into a wall stud.
Purchased 2 of them to help de-clutter the growing wire-zoo behind my pc and monitors. Product is stout. Hiding the wiring in the arm takes a bit of work to get the wires together and inside the arm at both ends ... and then with your 3rd arm snap the cover in place. Great adjustments capabilities. Everything you need comes with it. Even screws to mount them to the back of your monitor just in case the original monitor manufacture didn't include them. By all means ... definitely take the time to find and mount them in a SOLID wall stud ... or some other SOLID surface. I'm very satisfied. 5 stars is an easy rating for this product.
This is a well built mechanism and does the job perfectly. It's very easy to install as well with just a few common tools. The only reason for four instead of five stars is that the hex screw that controls tilt, often loosens requiring frequent re-tightening. Other than that one small problem, I would definitely buy it again.
Very easy to mount to the wall. Comes with hollow wall anchors, if needed. Easy to adjust tensions and gas adjustments to where the arm can hold up my monitor without falling and I can raise it with just one finger. It did take a little bit of work to loosen the regular screws at the other joints to where I wouldn't rip it out of the wall when I pulled out the monitor to use it. That's the reason for the drop in the versatility rating.

First things first, I loved it. Yes I've only had it for a day (of it being installed) but in that time I can say that it is easily the best money I've spent.
My usage - I bought this mount to mount my 24 inch samsung smart tv to the wall towards the end of my bed, this has vastly improved late night netflix binges.
Pros - gas spring, this allows a very nice adjustable tension and a virtually shake free experience. Quality design and quality product, simply put the mount looks very nice, and is made remarkably well, and having been my first wallmount for a tv I would happily make vivo my first search if I need another mount.
Cons - one of the screws i needed for my tv either came stripped or became stripped inside of my tv during the installation, this is remarkably the only issue I've had so far, and due to the uncertainty of how the screw came to be stripped I will not be taking off a star.
I bought this for two 34" alienware AW3418DW, (16 lbs each) setup was quick and painless and the configuration options are great. The built in USB ports are also welcome as my machine sits on the floor and it's convenient to just plug in under the monitors. Very happy with my purchase.
does exactly what it is supposed to. i put a 27" monitor on it that is way below the weight limit and it works very well.
I used this to mount my monitor in my wall and it couldn’t have been easier. It’s sturdy enough to feel confident that it will not fall apart with extended use.
No Problems So Far. Having A Person Help You Is Recommended I Installed It Myself But Which Was Difficult To Keep Aligned With One Hand While Leveling And Srewing in With The Other . I Drilled The Holes And Used A Socket After Worked For Me .
