I like the keybroard because it is light and easy to use. In fact, I used it as soon as I received it (In one day), because I needed it since my old keyboard went bonkers. I did not use the mouse because my old one is working fine.
Customer service went above and beyond to right this bad situation. I was sent a replacement mouse and after using it for 4 days I have decided it's safe to change my review. It is safe to say the mouse I had originally received was just a defective mouse. I received the new mouse, plugged it it and it worked beautifully. It stays where it is supposed to be, and clicks first time every time.
It is refreshing to see a company being proactive and taking the reviews by customers very seriously. Thank you, we need more like you!
ORIGINAL POST: I literally have to click on things repeatedly to get it to finally select it and it jumps all over the place. Not something I can use while working with Photos or anything requiring fine details. Worst mouse I have ever used. I have tried everything to make this thing usable and nothing has worked.
My older Belkin mouse was behaving strangely, and I didn't know if it was a computer problem, a software issue, or a mouse problem. So I bought this very affordable mouse, and it was a mouse problem after all. This little guy works beautifully!

I get tired of wireless mouse (or is it mice) not working after a few months. I find that I prefer using a mouse with a USB cord. This one does the job at a fraction of the cost! Loving it!
I purchased this mouse to replace my wireless. Not only does it work better being connected to my laptop, but the long cord allows you to move the mouse more easily than if the cord was short. You cant get a better deal for the price. It was extremely economical. I received it without delay and I have enjoyed using it. The touch is light, not heavy and it is really smooth with my computer.
My husband is sort of low-tech. When he has a wireless mouse for his laptop, he is always losing it. So he went to the store for a “Mouse with a tail” and all they had was a small travel mouse which soon wore out and stopped working. We live in a very rural area so there were no other stores: hence Amazon. This mouse was extremely inexpensive, the software quickly and automatically downloaded, and it works.

WAS awesome when purchased.. BUT it is ALREADY not working correctly. JUST purchased end of July.. This is NOT a heavily used item. About 2 hours a day. After just 3 months.. the scroll goes backwards whenever it feels like it. Will purchase a different one!
