Love it
Update: over 2 months later I've used it while exercising more than a dozen times. The belt shows no signs of wear or stretching. The elastic is still tight and the zipper works fine. Very comfortable to wear, too. My friend wears hers under an apron while waitressing to keep her important things on her. No more worrying about thieves in the break room. We have no complaints!
Original review: I have one of the longest phones on the market so most of the sports accessories out there are useless. In this pouch, my Samsung Note 9 fits with a little room to spare, even inside my Caseology cover (pic shows phone cover inside pouch). I use wireless headphones but it does have an outlet for wired ones.
I wore this for a jog/ walk for an hour and it stayed in place on my hips, neither sliding down nor rising up to my waist. The wide elastic strap is tense but comfortable. It's also very adjustable. I wear women's size 18 pants on average and there is plenty of range for both smaller and larger hips or waists.
I added gift cards to the side pockets so you can see the size/ depth. Plenty of space for chapstick/ keys/ cash. They would also fit inside the main pouch. And the right side has just enough give to for a .75L Camelbak water bottle, though I would recommend something smaller and less heavy.
The material is not water resistant but dries quickly and is thick enough to protect from a little sweat or rain and has a plastic covering over the zipper.
It appears to be well made with quality materials. I'll update if it breaks, but assuming it lasts I'll be wearing it both for exercise and vacations. I'm also purchasing another for a friend.
