If you want to sweat, this vest is for you. I put this vest over my t-shirt and walked 4 miles.. The shirt was dripping wet when I finished.
My product came today. My biggest concern was that it would not fit. However, it fit just right according to their size chart. Also, I like the protective layer of material inside that protects your skin as you zip it up. I also like how it gives you that instant slim look as it smooths out those lumpy areas as you can clearly see in my pic without the product. I'm happy with it.
WOW, what an amazing product....Trying to get rid of that last 10-20 lbs, what a great product, well made,...this thing really gets rid of those extra pounds of fat and water weight.....getting shredded is the goal and this product will help, now seeing veins that were lost for a couple years...
I LOVE THIS PRODUCT....I'm a medium but should have gotten a small, as i think i dropped some size before i got it, but it fits perfectly, holding on to those small love handles and keeping them invisible....better than those 6 inch bands....
I definitely recommend to anyone out there looking for a good sweat during your demanding workouts and even if you wanna use it for outdoor work......you will shed those stubborn pounds with out even knowing it.... works so well i'm gonna use it as a base layer for Chicago weather coming soon......Would like a size Small to rotate during the week...

Recommend to buy- it is compression so make sure you know what size you prefer, i usually use medium, but i chose the small to get the tight fit so i can get those love handles in order...
I try the vest immediately upon receiving it today.
The product is great and it works as mention in the product descriptions. No doubt about it, it makes me sweat more than usual during my workout routine. I'm not too sure if its really going to burn fats and make you lose weight just by wearing it alone.

Measurements
For sure, please do not ask me what size should you be choosing. I won't be able to advise you on that. However, the measurement as the product descript on the measurement chart is accurate enough for you to make a selection.
Sizing Preference.
By the sizing chart, I should be using L as it fits me well and I like the size that I've chosen. But the vest is NOT as stretchable as some reviews mention. This vest supposes to make you sweat and it's not a compression vest. It's a totally different product after all. I attached a picture of myself wearing it and the vest is shorter and doesn't cover my tummy. So it really depends on your personal preference on how you like to wear it. I would suggest you take a size bigger if you prefer it a loose fit. With that, you can wear a layer of t-shirt inside to absorb the sweat that you going to get while working out. As for me, I prefer a tight fit. DO remember, it did mention that the vest is for weight loss, so I believe after using it for a while or couple of weeks you should be losing some body fats and the vest would become loose.

I was a bit concern for the size I chose because I thought it wouldn't be snugged enough, but I was very impressed with the fact it fit perfect from the start. I ordered size L based on the size chart, since I'm 5'10", weight 185 Lb and wear 34" pants at the waist. I have worn the zip vest with and without a t-shirt under it, and I love taking the vest off after my 4 miles runs, and feel the super wet t-shit. Great product, true fit and works as expected. I will be ordering one more like this very soon.
I also bought the non-zip vest, but had a bit of hard time taking it off. Therefore the zip is a great option if you want to avoid twisting yourself like a snake to make it come off. I gotta say I'm VERY IMPRESSED WITH BOTH.

I received this product on Tuesday 24 Jul 18 and have done three runs with the vest. Two 5 milers and a 10 miler Saturday morning, so far I’m very pleased with this product. It provides great lower back support and I have noticed a serious increase in sweating while wearing the vest. I know that with continued use I will have to buy a new smaller size. Although very happy so far in my opinion the zipper could use some improvements. The bottom part should be extended to make it easier to pull up when putting it on. Also the top part needs adjusting or better padding, because it rubbed a small patch of skin from my chest on the long run this morning. The under arm portion should be raised about ½ inch so as not to form a pinch point. Great vest and I will definitely recommend it to friends.

Purchased this a couple of weeks ago or so, got it in the mail with it neatly packaged, and tried it on to see if it fit or if I had to return it. As expected, their sizing chart was accurate. I am between the small and medium sizes, so I chose small and good thing I did because it has a snug fit around me. The material was good quality, in my opinion, and there was not a "smell" like others would have with strong chemicals or other substances used.
Wore it the same day when I went running in my area, and in roughly 5 minutes or so, I could already feel it collecting my body heat and amplifying it. After a good 30 min jog, I was almost completely soaked when wearing this vest instead of going without it and seeing the same results after an hour or so while really pushing myself.
Bottom Line - it works as advertised and fits according to the chart. You can feel it working in minutes and it is a good product for anyone to use. I would recommend this.

Fits good and wicks moisture away great. Keeps your core warm as it should. After washing the skin delaminated from the foam core which causes wrinkles but doesn't affect it's use. The weak point is the zipper. The pin (the part that inserts into the slider) is obviously made of some typical Chinesium metal that doesn't like sweat. It tarnishes/oxidizes which makes starting the zipper impossible. I use a drop of oil on it every few days and that is the fix.
I wanted to take a few minutes and update you on my Mens Sauna Vest.
Initially wasn't sure what size to order, (5'11, 260lbs) so I ordered XXL. Upon receiving the vest, it fits me pretty well.
Since receiving the Mens Waist Trainer Vest, I have used it almost every day.
Right away I put on the vest and went for a 1.5mile walk. When I returned, the back of my shorts were wet and the whole vest was wet. Which was a great indication that the vest is working!
I now continue to use the vest while working work around the house, shopping, school, gym and even wear it to work.
I do not wear the vest at night as it makes me hot.
The vest fits pretty well and is not noticeable under a single t-shirt.
While wearing the vest I start sweating underneath. It keeps me looking slim while burning away fat.
With continued use, I hope to see greater results soon.
I ordered this on Monday, it arrived on Wednesday. I'm 5' 9", weigh 162 pounds, 32" waist. I ordered the small and it fit perfectly. A little snug, but that's what it's supposed to do. I throw this thing in the wash on a quick cycle and air dry it on a hanger. The next evening I wear it to the gym and was not prepared for end result of my cardio work out. I typically do around 4 miles in an hour on an elliptical ranging between 850-950 calories per session. About 5 minutes into the cardio I could really feel my torso heating up. Almost to the point to where it was difficult to maintain the typical pace that I normally go at. Around the 20 minute mark, I can really tell that I am sweating profusely. At the 35 minute mark due to my shirt not being able to absorb the sweat because of the vest, the sweat is now running down my torso. At the 40 minute mark, the boxers that I have on under my gym pants are soaked with sweat. I push past the annoyance and continue my workout pushing myself as hard as I can go. At the 50 minute mark, my pants are completely soaked....seriously, I looked like I had pissed my pants. I finished my workout at 65 minutes and noticed on my way to the locker room that people were staring. My pants looked as if I had pulled them straight out of the washing machine with a spin cycle and put them on. Needless to say without bringing a change of pants or boxers with me to the gym, my car having leather seats and it being winter; my ride home was an unpleasant one.
My advice, be prepared. This thing is going to make you sweat like you have never sweat before....unless you are accustomed to Indian style sweat lodge ceremonies.
All in all, I'm pleased with the product. I will have to tailor my workout or attire that I wear to the gym in the future but this thing definitely does it's job.
