In our house we use travel pillows and support pillows a lot simply for extra comfort while sitting and relaxing, sleeping, working, or driving, so I thought this would be a good product to try. Plus my husband usually flies once or twice a week, so travel pillow is a must for us! While it may not be as compact as others due to the interior base that holds its shape, you can rest assured that it really does hold it's shape as intended. You can really click the pillow into whatever shape you want, within reason. Very comfortable.
My mom specifically, has issues with neck pain when she falls asleep with it every night when she comes for a visit and this product is great for placing it under her neck, she loves it. The cover is easy to remove to wash unlike many others, and the cover itself is a really soft that makes it extra comfortable. Highly recommend!
If you like microbead pillows then I’d highly recommend this travel pillow. I always seem to get neck pain on flights. So, really hoping this pillow helps during a 13hr flight coming up. Also, was pleased with the customer service as they emailed me after receiving the pillow to ensure I was satisfied. Overall happy with my purchase and eager to see if this pillow makes a difference when traveling.

-Has a strap that can be tightened which adds more support and keeps the pillow in place.
-Has a cover that can be removed and washed which I really like. The cover is also nice and soft which is a plus (Not sure how it washes yet though).
the filler is small balls probably styrofoam which I prefer upon soft filler. Seems to be supportive enough. The color is slightly darker than on the picture which is practical. Overall good buy.
Best travel pillow. I love it. It is very comfortable and supportive. The outside material is soft. You can wear the pillow and it won't tilt your head forward into your lap when you fall asleep sitting up. I like that it came with a travel bag.
Alex gives 360 of comfort. Sometimes I like to fall asleep in our bedroom chair with low back. Alex allows me to fall asleep without falling out.Headphone friendly. Can be hot at times but adjustable. Strap allows complete support.

It works, and I will probably continue to use it. However, even in a relatively cold airplane, my neck was sweating in less than 15 minutes. There really is nothing you can do about that. I may look at other products, but I doubt they would stop that for me. It does what it says and should work for most people.
I bought this for an international tour with long bus/plane rides. I ended up hugging it more than actually using for my neck, but I found it comforting. It did snag on a sharp edge soon after I got it, which left a loose loop of thread, but hasn't torn or been further damaged. Just be careful around rough surfaces.
