I have been taking this for a few months, I certainly notice increased knee pain when I forget. When I take it I notice a difference by the next day. I am a nurse practitioner and have been recommending this to my patients. I have had feedback of other successes from the supplement. I will continue to take this.
About 4 months ago I was waking up in the wee hours of the morning with severe pain in both shoulders I liken to a toothache (67 years old). So I used to use a different product that got discontinued and I've been looking for a substitute ever since. I gave this product a try and to my happy surprise, it works. Since I work a desk job both at my day job and home business I needed to increase my exercise routine. So I decided to start running again. (Nothing burns more calories faster and I'm short on leisure time at the moment). It's also high impact. Happy to say knees and other joints are doing fine. The rest of me still has to get used to the routine. BTW, I tend to average minimum 2-mile runs 3 times a week. Also while not included in this product I also add Ginger Root 550mg x 2 = 1100mg total. This is to prevent or control inflammation. Also, I use runners insoles on my running shoes. This is to cushion impact and to maintain proper posture while running. I have similar insoles in my regular work shoes which are Nike monarch II sneakers. I'm a programmer so casual wear is standard. Hopefully, you all have similar positive results.
This product absolutely stunned me. I asked my doctor if I could try it, and she said yes, but to give it up to 6 weeks to work. She said it works for some and doesn't work for some.
Four days in and I'm completely pain-free. I have no idea how long it'll last, but for as long as I can stay off Ibuprofen, and have no pain, I'm in.
I really like this product and I have a subscription with Amazon to get this delivered regularly. Overall I love the combination of Glucosamine/Chondroitin (which is a very common pill) with Turmeric and Boswelia. This is a unique combination which is very powerful and I have not seen that in any other product. I have arthritis in my knees and taking two of these capsules every day keeps me pain free, and I am quite active. I have one aspect to improve on. It is proven now, that piperien/bioperine (black pepper) helps the body to utilize turmeric much faster and much more efficiently and most turmeric products have some kind of black pepper included to help the body to use the turmeric faster and better. Therefore I wish that the producer of this product would add piperine or bioprene (or any other type of black pepper) to add that additional benefit. Until then I eat one whole pepper corn when I take the pills. I bite on it and chew it to get the oils out and that makes these capsules even more potent. I hope for an updated version which has this added to the capsules. Not sure why any product with turmeric would not have piperine in it since it works best together. Please add it and make this awesome product even better. Thanks for this great product and for keeping my knee pains away.
I started taking these about 6 months ago and decided to take for a period of time before making any judgements. I have two problems that are associated with arthritis and one really big problem with chronic sciatica. I cannot believe the difference since taking this formula, along with a turmeric tea manufactured by someone else. The lower back and neck pains are considerably less and my sciatic nerve has not been kicking up the storm it usually does. Part of the sciatica has been helped by exercises that I do daily, but I must give some credit to these miracle pills. I find it hard to believe that three of these pills per day make such a huge difference in the quality of my life. Thanks, Vimerson!!!
