I had given them 4 stars and mentioned that two of the copper straws were missing from my order. I didn't fill in any complaints because really, the glasses were so lovely I didn't want to bother about them.
Lo and behold, two straws appeared in my mailbox. This company is monitoring their reviews and truly making sure their customers are happy. I am so impressed. Not only did I receive lovely martini glasses that complement my copper kitchen, I received unexpected excellence in customer service.

I ordered two sets of these so I would have four. These are quite nice. They are a good size and have a nice weight. I was a bit surprised when they arrived disassembled, but then I realized that the packaging was much easier and smarter that way, and it was a simple business to screw the base to the top. I have a copper kitchen, so they look snazzy in the bar room off my dining room and help tie it all together.
The only downside is that one of the sets of glasses came with those pretty copper straws, but the other did not. I carefully checked all the wrapped paper to make sure I didn't miss them from that one box, but no luck. Just a packaging error, I'm sure.
An excellent product and buying experience all around. The box includes the recipe for Moscow Mules, care instructions for the copper set, the history of the drink and a thank you note. The mugs are really cool..... I wanted the hammered exterior, no liner inside, no lacquer inside, pure copper, lightweight and large handle to fit all size fingers. That's what these mugs are, and why I picked them. The spoons and two-size/double-sided jigger are a really nice bonus. I love the shape of the spoons.
I had a lot of questions for the seller before I bought my first set and received excellent customer service. She was very personable and sent immediate responses to my questions. They obviously really care about their products and their reputation. Then I bought 2 more sets, same customer service.
These mugs are all handmade so it is possible to have tiny imperfections, but that's almost a given with any handmade product. It certainly doesn't affect the taste of the drink or the look of the mugs. I bought a total of 3 sets, one will go to my daughter and her fiance as one part of their wedding gift, another to a friend, and one for me. And I will buy more for Christmas gifts...... I like them that much. Moscow mules are one of my favorite drinks so I'm super happy with these mugs. Cheers!
Update:
The seller was shocked that my glasses showed up in the condition they did. They were immediately responsive and not only refunded my entire purchase price, but offered to let me keep the unbroken glass and send me two new glasses as well! Unfortunately, I had already returned the original glasses, but the new glasses are gourgeous and perfect! The seller did an amazing job of keeping me informed and of fixing the problem with no hesitation. I am very pleased and now I own two beautiful martini glasses.

These glasses are beautiful. I've been really excited about them coming. However, they should at least be centered. As you can see in the photos, the glass on the left is significantly lopsided.
This makes it incredibly difficult to pour or drink a good martini without spilling a good portion of it. I'm very dissatisfied.
I'm surprised, considering the amazing quality of these hand crafted glasses. I hope others don't have the same experience. I'm wishing I'd saved a few bucks and just purchased the glass ones.
Bought these for a friend as wedding gift and they are OBSESSED! Love that it even comes with moscow mule recipes and tips! Box and packaging was perfect to throw a bow on and give as a gift.
Thank you so much. Jason absolutely LOVES them. Jason broke his favorite martini glass a couple weeks ago, broke the stem in half taking it out of the freezer. So I knew then I was going to get him something a lot sturdier.
His birthday isn't until April 9th, but I knew he would want these now, and of course I was correct. He read the instructions, immediately washed, dried it and put one in the freezer. He had a martini last night and said it stayed cold the ENTIRE time. YEA!!!! Thank you so much, we were a success!

Update to my previous review:. I am changing from 1 star to 5....if I could give 10 I would. I wanted to wash my glasses before using them so I put them in some warm soapy water for a few minutes and then set them out to air dry - this was my mistake and it caused discoloration. You should simply hand wash and dry with a soft towel. I reached out to the company and they went above and beyond - very quick and thorough responses. They are sending me a new set of glasses even though this was my mistake. I can't wait to get them as they are gorgeous glasses.....just be sure to care for them correctly. I will continue to be a customer and purchase more products!!!!
I just got these and rinsed them off before using them - and the color came right OFF. Very very disappointed...
Finally, I received my mugs set. They are just perfect – no scratches, nice and smooth. The box looks very pro: the history of the drink on the bottom, care instruction and Moscow mule recipe. The jigger is cute and hammered like the mugs. Very nice packing too. the embossed logo on the bottom of the mugs looks awesome. the mugs look premium so much better than the ones my father in law bought. worth the money I spent.
This is for an upcoming Christmas gift so not sure how “durable” they will be but by the look and feel I’m sure they will certainly hold up! Great price, mugs are really nice, and the little extras that come with it make the price point amazing! I found the same mugs on other sites at twice the price. This will make a great gift.
