As somebody who leads or participates in multiple web conferences weekly, my experience with audio conferencing has run the gamut, from handheld smartphones on speaker to dedicated conference speakers to multiple wireless microphones to multiple wired microphones on a table to multiple wired microphones hanging from a ceiling. We've had problems with every solution. I've now tried the eMeet M2 in a personal phone call, an in-home test from across the room, a workplace web conference as a participant, and as a workplace web conference leader with 12 people in a small-medium size room and 2 phone participants. It provided the best audio conferencing experience we have had in my committee. Voices were surprisingly clear. The noise cancellation works exceptionally well. One of our phone participants said the sound was slightly echo-y, although I didn't have that experience. Now I carry this remarkable conference speaker with me everywhere. For something so small and portable, it packs amazing capability.
As a bonus, my son, who is a singer, perked up when he heard me playing Sara Bareilles on this speaker. The technology really brings out the best in voice audio quality.
This speaker works really well for both phone calls and any type of call over the computer (Skype, Webex, Zoom, Etc) Overall the product does exactly as advertised and I recommend the product to others who are trying to find a universal conference speaker for the office. I was a little hesitant to purchase the eMeet M2 as it states it is good for 5-8 people in a conference room. We have 10 people in a medium sized conference room and use Skype to conference call in 1-3 remote people. The voices calling in remotely were crystal clear through the eMeet Speakerphone and they reported the quality on their end was very clear: "It was really clear. I could even hear D. It seemed to adjust the volume on my side if the person was too quiet or too loud."
This is a HUGE improvement over what we were previously using and was extremely simple to setup. We have it connected to our conference room computer using a USB cable.

I recently purchased the eMeet M1 in March to use as a conferencing speaker for work, and I must say I was impressed with it's performance and ease of use. Needless to say when I found out about the M2, and it's new features I knew I had to give it a try. I must say this speaker does not disappoint it paired within seconds, the sound quality has definitely improved from the first generation model, and I find the smart assistant feature really helpful. I've definitely found a winner with eMeet and the new M2 is now my go to conferencing speaker for work.
I head up a small emergency services organization. We needed a speaker phone to enable us to conduct online training in a small conference room. We're a non-profit and every dollar counts but already, after a couple of uses, this speakerphone has proved itself a good bang for the buck. Setup on a Windows machine using the provided Bluetooth adapter was a snap. We have a dozen people seated 2-10' away and it picks up everyone if they are speaking at a normal conversational volume. Sound coming in is crystal clear.
It's a really well thought out piece of technology with controls and visual and audible cues all very intuitive. This speakerphone is a great choice for small conference rooms.
Got what I am looking for.
You can find many bluetooth speakers in the market and some are specialized in taking up teleconference calls. Based on my experience on those products, I kept hearing complaint from other parties that they are unable to hear voice properly - Either you need to come close to device or you need to yell to make other side of the person listen properly and root cause that I identified is Microphone is not sensitive enough.
However, In case of eMeet M2 - there is absolutely no problem. This is one of the top feature which I liked. This is so comfortable to me that I just speak normally during my office calls and the other parties are able to hear me very clearly. Bye bye to all headsets/headphones.
Also, I did used eMeet M1 but M2 is far better in terms of speakers.
Received my order in a timely manner. Boxed beautifully. Works great!. Had a different brand for years with issues and poor microphone. This unit with its 360-degree mic arrangement works flawlessly. I did have an issue after plugging in headphones the unit would not switch back to the speaker. Customer Support was very helpful and replaced the unit right away.
Love it. The Android app, version 1.0, does not work so I would not wast your time until a new version has been released.
Great product. I've had tremendous luck with the bluetooth, though wired does seem to reduce the likelihood of echos on the other end.
