I like that it doesn’t pull hard on the shoulders but reminds you of your posture. The waist belt also helps with posture.
Kind of hard to adjust but does what it is supposed to.
It actually prevents you from.slouching. The extra band that wraps around the rib cage makes or breaks it. Others don't have that.
