This is a good set of watercolors with a balanced range of hues and it's an excellent value for the money. It lacks truly transparent colors and relies too heavily on Titanium White. I would recommend it primarily for beginners or hobbyists, or for sketching, greeting cards, or anything that doesn't really need to last; not sure how light-fast any of these colors actually are. Thus, I wouldn't suggest these paints for originals that were for sale, but if the art is being scanned and reprinted then it should be fine for commercial work too (and look at the cornball watercolors Frazetta used... so do whatever works for you).
Otherwise I've only briefly explored the set. I do like it well enough and will keep using it, however, I will not purchase it again... I might re-purchase specific colors if Arteza ever offered open stock, but there is no sense in buying the whole set again as there are many colors which I won't use up very quickly.
The specific pros and cons (for me) breakdown like this:
Pros:
Cheap! $0.67 per tube
The colors look good (Great for the price)
There is a good variety (no two colors are too alike)
10 single-pigment colors
You can make a pretty good warm/cool palette from Scarlet Red, Crimson Red, Ultramarine Blue, Phthalo Blue, Yellow Pale, Lemon Yellow... or similar arrangements.
Cons:
No open stock
Too much PW6, Cobalt Blue, Cerulean Blue, Rose and Mauve Pale all contain it
Lacking transparent colors
Many of the convenience colors could be mixed from other colors already in the set
Unclear lightfastness rating... [Probably] not very color fast
I've had trouble getting it to lift once dried
The colors (and pigments) in the set are:

I am absolutely loving these paints. They are perfect for my mixed media pieces, especially since I like to mix a lot of my own colors, and the tubes work perfect for allowing me to do that. The colors are vibrant and vivid and there are a ton to choose from.
These paints are great! I was a little worried about seeing other reviewers commenting about cracking after pouring. Nevertheless, i poured the paints into half pans and I covered the paints for a week. When i opened them back up, there was very little to no cracking, as you can see in the picture . The paint does dry chalky, but I like my paint to dry matte instead of satin. I only encountered granulation if the paint was not properly mixed into the brush. But as a Daniel Smith user, I personally love granulation.
These paints are perfect for a person wanting to try out watercolors at an inexpensive price. I’m not a professional artist, as I only paint as a hobby, so I’m not sure if these can be used for original artworks to put up for sale– but an experienced artist can definitely use these as well!!
These watercolors were very nice! They are great for the price that they come at and are very pigmented. There is a great color selection and they work well with all brushes.
Just used some of the colors so far but can only recommend it

Build your collection
The premium quality of these watercolors make them perfect for starting a collection, refilling or adding to your existing palette.
The colors are vibrant and well pigmented. They give the pigment, lightfastness and opacity on each tube, which I like. The colors don’t flow well for wet on wet, but they have a nice granulation for some colors. I would definitely recommend them for beginners, but they won’t do everything a professional grade can. They are more a student grade but a very reasonable price. I do wish they had more colors and sold individual tubes.
i had read quite a few reviews and watched some youtube videos about this brand and figured i'd give it a shot. i'm not a watercolor expert, so i figured they'd be fine for experimental use. they are most definitely better quality than brands like reeves and even cheaper watercolor (in my opinion anyway). but the major downsides for me was the chalkiness after it dries down and the cracking if you put it into pans (yes, wish i read more reviews regarding that). i did try mixing a bit of glycerin in with the paint and had a pretty good results with the cracking in the pan issue, but i didn't find it was worth my time to do that for all of them every time i wanted to refill a pan. i ended up purchasing a better quality brand in pans, but will keep these anyway for larger scale washes and practice.
No issues, satisfied
These out preform Daniel Smith! Seriously? For 20 bucks it doesn't get better than this. I already own their watercolor brush pens and those have been amazing to work with. Very pleased. Attached a photo. Again, these are the watercolor set I purchased. NOT the gouche. Fantastic!
These paints were a gift for my stepson. Usually we can't get him away from his video games but he was so excited when he opened the box and told me he couldn't stop thinking about all the things he was going to paint. He's very artistic and very talented so I'm happy I was able to encourage him to put his video game controller down and pick up his paintbrushes. The first night, we all painted together as a family and it was a very special moment for all of us. I can't wait to see what new, amazing things he's going to create. He has a great imagination and is a very creative and talented child.
