Bought this a week ago and received it soon after. Size also fit nicely. So just make sure you check your size properly before purchase. Its not snowing yet but whether is getting colder in Boston. This shoe is very confortable if not for the grip/claw. That is the only downside. The grip/claw is not flat and not deep enough thus when walking on pavement, you will hear the metal grip/craw streching the walkway. And its loud. So, you if dont like the attention, avoid this shoe; otherwise its okay. :)
These boots were purchased for my Grandson who is a scout. I ordered the boots 3 days before the scouts were going off to walk the Georgia section of the Appalachian trail. They fit great and fit perfect. Great pair of hiking boots! .
These just arrived and are more than I expected! The quality of this show is outstanding. The insides are lined with soft fur. No laces to worry about. There are soft pads at the ankle to help prevent snow from going down into shoe and I expect will give him more ankle support. These are such a great option for school, boys are either stuck with sneakers or straight up snow boots, not many options for snow shoes boys can wear daily at school. My daughter has so many cute snow shoe alternatives and now my son will too since these look like sneakers when he has on with jeans. Love!!! Now if the can make in adult sizes I'd buy in a heartbeat!
Great shoe for a great price. I was wary of buying a brand I wasn’t familiar with. This beat all my expectations and is great winter shoe to keep feet warm and comfy. I think we will get 2 winters out of this one which is great!
I bought these boots based on the positive reviews that people had provided. When others have mentioned the quality of these shoes, there's a reason for it. The quality is amazing! Love them! You do not have to tie them. It uses Velcro to keep it closed, and the Velcro is strong. You cannot go wrong in getting these snow boots. I could easily see how the metal clip on the bottom (which you must flip over for it to work) would help prevent someone from slipping on ice.

The kid loves his new boots. I especially like the spike on the heel to keep him from slipping. The only downside is that he complains of heel pain when the spike is closed, so we just keep it open. The spike was also very difficult to open I had to use a tool to pry it back. The shoes are great as a whole. They have a nice thick lining inside which adds cushion and warmth. Velcro strap so no untied laces.
My son adores these. He loves that they're more of a tennis shoe/snow boot hybrid. Much lighter weight than I expected. The metal claws on the bottom are a great touch too but rather hard to pull out. Also, watch for quality control on those. One of the rivets that attach the metal claws on ours is obviously halfway out. It's not a huge concern for us since those were more in the "bonus" category but if they're important for you, make sure to check.
The Grandsons loved these boots, I ordered two different colors. They tied them on and said they were comfortable. The best part for them is there is little ice pick (Cleat) built into the sole of the shoe that you flip open. So when walking on icy sidewalks or up a icy hill the cleat will give you traction. It is easy open easy close.

My son says these are really great hiking boots. He loves that there is a grip under the shoe that he can flip down and dig into the dirt when we are hiking.
AWESOME hiking boots! My 6 yo grandson LOVED them and wanted to wear them to bed!!! He already has hiked with them in the Smokey Mts and said they 'worked great'!! 😬😬😬
