It’s super comfy and supportive, unlike a lot of other neck pillows. It is a little bulky at first, but the memory foam like material sinks down once you get settled and is perfect for keeping your head from bobbing around. The first time I’ve actually gotten sleep on a plane.

This is the third product I bought from Upper Echelon. After using the first two products, I decided to buy this one as well. I travel internationally couple time a year so the neck pillow is a good thing to carry with. Well designed, compacted and light, looking forward to taking it when I travel next time.
Although it had arrived with two holes already in it i was in desprate need of a neck pillow after having surgery and this was the answer to my prayers! It feels great on my neck it helps alleviate some of the pain i have post surgery. I have not reached out to the seller regarding the holes in the actual fabric, the foam it self is in perfect condition so i said screw it i need this i can always get another neck pillow cover but will deffinitly order again!
