Boil and Bite Instructions:
➕Add boiling water to bowl. (Water should not be scalding hot)
➕With handle inserted, submerge the mouthguard in hot water for about 30 seconds or until dental guard begins to soften.
➕Place the mouthguard in your mouth to mould it. Push the mouthguard against your teeth with your fingers and bite down lightly. (Extend lower jaw out further than top - pseudo class 3)
➕Leave in mouth for about 30 seconds.
➕Remove the mouthguard from mouth and place in cold water for about 1 minute.
➕If the mouthguard does not fit properly, you can remould it by starting the process again.
